Don’t buy from these guys. I bought a PS5 online through them back in 2022 and they never sent anything out. Multiple emails never answered.

Went to the store a while ago once in Sydney and in Melbourne but regret going both times, terribly priced shoes(even though it’s resale), staff was horrible, specially the guy that seemed to be the owner/manager, super rude, always talking with a tone that he’s better than everyone else, I am glad I didn’t waste my money on them.

Horrible experience. No confirmation, no ability to contact, no product received - 6 weeks later. Total SCAM. Don’t know how they are in business. I’ll be contacting the authorities

Please DO NOT BUY from Leerdo. I placed my order and didn't receive anything. I emailed them multiple times in the last few days and it kept bouncing back. Their email doesn't work and its been know to have people scammed out of there purchases. And there is no phone number provided. The item was a Omega Moon Swatch and was to be delivered on the 18th of September. They take you money and deliver NOTHING!!!!!......

Please don't buy fromLeerdo.Their email doesn't work. I emailed them multiple times in the last few days and it kept bouncing back. And there is no phone number provided. I placed my order and paid for express post. The item was meant to be delivered a week ago. The watch (around $680) still hasn't arrived. It was meant to be a wedding anniversary gift. Now, it's too late and they are not contactable.

Do not order from this fraud site! I ordered a PS5 from them in July 2022 and I still haven’t received it! It’s been a whole year of me trying to get into contact with them. After sending them so many emails with no response I decided to drive to the Sydney store (40 mins from me). Even they weren’t so helpful until finally after 2 in store visits they coughed up a number for the Melbourne store. but I did all of that only to tell me that there wasn’t anything they could do except give me in store credit. Mind you I’m still paying it off on zip pay! I’ve called zip pay but they wouldn’t help because it’s already past their 6 month refund policy. Leerdo’s customer service is useless and the guy I was on the phone with was very impatient with me when I was confused about why he couldn’t refund me. Apparently they discontinued zip pay and recreated their website. No one ever told me? They just took my money and bounced. Never again, this whole company is a joke

DO NOT!!!!!! buy anything from this store I bought some AIR Jordans and did not receive it!! paid over $300 too with no refund!!! getting in contact is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any online purchases I’ve sent over 30 emails, tried calling their contacts on the website even tried their chat services on the APP and just been given the run around the status as it hadn’t moved from when I purchased it going on a month ago also said I will receive a confirmation email when dispatched still haven’t received that either!!!! So frustrating I’m so over it should be as simple as if you can’t fulfill the Order let me know cancel the order & refund my money!!!!

Purchased Nike Jordan 4 Pine Green SB from the Sydney store. There was issue with the size and I have contacted staff. They have helped me with right size. Would love to say Nicholas helped me a lot. I can see a lot of bad reviews about Ps5 but I would like to say I had good experience.

We purchased a PS5 and extra controlled in May 22 and have not received it 9 months later. This is after dozens of attempts to contact the company, being told numerous times it's on its way. We even received false shipping information and had to contact aus post to find out nothing had ever been sent. Always get the same guy who promises it's on its way, or he has to get in touch with shipping, or blames covid or some other crap.
No idea how this business is still operating and hasn't been closed down. Absolute joke.

I would give 0 stars if I could. My experience with Leerdo was by far the worst experience I ever had with any online store. I ordered a Playstation 5 console from them in May 2022, and I never received my item that I paid for. I even took legal action, and never received my refund that I asked for thanks to them making lousy excuses. It’s really hard to get in contact with them, and when you finally get a response they are very dismissive.

If I could give 0 I definitely would ordered a PS5 in June and never received it I was able to communicate with them via email a total of 3 times in the beginning and was able to speak to whoever answered the phone once in June and he assured me that my PS5 would be sent by the beginning of August and was never able to get any form of communication after that thankfully I had gone through zip pay and was able to begin a dispute however zip pay was unable to make contact with them either so I just got a refund the next day I was able to get a disc drive PS5 3games xtra controller and a dual charger for the same price I was going to be paying for just the console DO NOT BUY

Never received anything. Phone number never works, went in store and they said they’ll get back to me! They never did. Stole my money.

Placed an order for PlayStation 5 back in early May, 6 months later still haven’t received item, numerous attempts to contact them and haven’t got a time period of when the product will arrive, DO NOT BUY. It’s a scam. Waste of $1100.

Honestly, save your time. Do not shop with them. Made a purchase for a PS5 back in may, it is now September and they have lied twice about shipping it. Luckily I went through PayPal and was able to report the problem but only then did they 'ship' it providing a fake tracking number. I am one of many cases that this has happen. don't waste your time with this company. Horrible experience.

I got them right on time and with precise delivery and utmost follow-up while delivery was still in progress

This is the best website store I have used with lot of quality products. There products is just the best and also one can as well order anything you want be it apparels, sneakers and so on. It's just perfect.
