I wish I could give no stars, never had my item shipped even after being told they would. They stopped answering emails when I asked for a refund. The reason you can no longer pay with afterpay from this store is because afterpay suspended them because of how many times they scammed people! I was told I would get a refund but they never contacted me back. Do not buy from these scammers

I am applauded at this and I’m going to give my honest review so you don’t have to go though all the fuss I did.
I found LEERDO in August when trying to find a ps5 for my partner. After all the reviews on the website I went for it and placed an order on the 15th August. I looked further into it after the 2/3 weeks went by, I saw so many reviews saying they don’t send the ps5 and they had to report it further.. Ok great I’ve wasted $1200 on something that’s not even going to come. After so many emails to Leerdo to ask what was happening, no response. I kept preserving and then after 5 months messaged ZIPpay to see if I could get a refund. Zip pay messaged then, they made up some sh!tty excuse saying it was sent but because It never came they will “retrieve it” and send a new one… 3 days later it arrived. DON’T BOTHER buying this, it took 5 months when is states 2/3 weeks. They ignore emails and make up excuses. You might aswell get on a wait list and pay the $750 retail price instead of $1200

Ordered ps5, week went by without any emails, send email asking and they replied saying it's taking 7-14 days to process, 5 days later got an email saying it was ready to be shipped. 4 weeks later still hasn't shipped, tried emailing, chatting on their website and tried calling number on site ( rang out every time) and got ignored, it wasn't until I sent a complaint through afterpay that anything happened, took over 6 weeks. Seems like I was lucky, I've now seen other reviews even worse then my own

Wife bought PS 5 from Leerdo on 2 May 2022. Never received, no answer to emails, no answer to phone.
Just reported to Shopify (as they are using their platform to commit fraud), also reported to Police, ACCC, Bank and Department of Fair Trading.
Hopefully the law catches up with them.
They are clearly still selling product they don't have.
And Google shows the store as closed (if there was one).

Ordered a ps5 and five months later I still haven’t received it and have not heard back from any emails from the company at all . Certainly seems like a scam.

Ordered a Mr Winston jumper in March 2022 as a present for a friend. I was told within 7-10 days it would arrive, and was provided a 'tracking number', the jumper never arrived.
I was told it was due to COVID and the floods, which I acknowledged due to the extreme weather events.
I was sending emails weekly asking for updates and never got anything credible from them about my purchase. They now don't respond to my emails.
It has been close to 4 MONTHS since I ordered from them. I have since reported them to the ACCC
Leerdo is a scam, they have stolen from me and I will never be purchasing anything from a resell sight ever again. This company cannot be trusted and has the worst customer care ever.

Don’t order a ps5 from them!
Ordered a ps5 on May 1st and no sign of it coming. Was very skeptical about buying a ps5 online however I have passed this shop when visiting Melbourne which proved to me it was indeed a valid shop front. Called the store first and spoke to a girl and confirmed with her that it would take approx 10-15 business days after order is placed to ship goods.
3 weeks pass and I receive no news and follow up to see what’s happening with my order. Email the team and I get promised that I will receive a tracking number the following day. Nothing received. Follow up with the team again and they assure me the ps5 is in stock and I will receive it. One week later, 6 June, I receive a tracking number.
It’s now 15 July and that tracking history has not changed since the original notification of receiving. Have tried to email the store numerous times to follow up on an update but my email has been blocked. Have tried calling the store but have not once had my calls returned. Have now tried to email the shop again from a separate email and now going on 6 days with no response.
Not even hopeful of receiving what I paid for now. Unless you want to be lied to, have your money taken and receive nothing in return I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. Unfortunately I’m passed waiting and am done with the lack of service communication. My matter will be moved on with ACCC. Don’t waste your money and time with leerdo. Worst customer service!
Edit: After referring my matter to ACCC my PlayStation 5 did in fact arrive but I did not receive my extra controller (lesser of my worries). ACCC were able to resolve my issue in 2 weeks.

I ordered 4 pairs of jordans on May 11th 2022. Although I did receive 2 pairs of shoes, that were scuffed and the packaging was $hit, as I received the shoes with no authentication tags or anything to tell me if they are legit or not "like stockx would"

Ordered in March a ps5 and pair of shoes. Both stated in stock. Lots of back and forth with fake tracking a generic responses have gotten nowhere. After 3 months of back and forth the latest email simply said “what is the issue?”. That’s all. I had made it clear I wanted my money or products and that Humm, accc, and fair trading have been consulted and forward all emails. They are each doing investigations as well. Legal action on my part is next. The “positive reviews” here are not even from Australia. Red flag! Legally they cannot deny refund when they haven’t delivered products. It’s against the law in Australia. Customer service is non-existent. They are thieves. They’ve taken $1500 from me and have given multiple fake tracking numbers that sit on Auspost until they get erased for no activity (a 60 day process). I’m sure customers would be understanding if they were honest and had good customer service practices. But… “what is the issue” after 3 months of back and forth… what a joke.
