I ordered a PlayStation 5 console on November 31st and was told it should be shipped within 7-10 business days which was fine by me but it soon became weeks then months and since sending multiple emails, messages and calls I received nothing, I’ve now made complaints to the ACCC as it’s been about 8 weeks since ordering.Hopefully this will possibly get me in contact with whoever is running this business

Leerdo is next to my Coffee Shop Bench coffee. Purchased PlayStation 5 from them. They told me there is wait time on that. Eventually the PlayStation came after 10 days. Happy with my purchase and the business is legit.

I ordered an EVIAN BY VIRGIL ABLOH X SOMA GLASS WATER BOTTLE WHITE/DARK BLUE on 29 November 2021. After initially having a relatively negative experience when I tried to contact them, they contacted me to explain that the party supplying the product withdrew the item from sale and they are doing all they can to source the item. They did this and I have now received the item. I think they genuinely tried to resolve an issue which is not of their making - but the delays do create nervousness. Thank you for following up and helping me get the item for my son's birthday.

Purchased a PS5 18th of November and was able to pickup straightaway with no issues, great customer service and easy to deal with.

NO NO NO!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Ordered PS5 of Leerdo via Amazon Aus. In plenty of time to come before xmas, ordered 27th November 2021. It was advertised as shipped within 7 to 10 business days. It was received 7th January 2022. Spoiled Christmas for my kids, they sent it immediately after I said I was going to pursue with consumer affairs, and more importantly to them when I gave them a negative review.

I purchased a PS5 on 18 November, 2021. I received a tracking number but when clicking on the link, it states that it is either waiting to be picked up from the sender or ready for sorting. After contacting LEERDO several times they told me on the 14 December that it should be scanned today. As it is a Xmas present for our kids I offered to drive to Melbourne to collect it. I have emailed LEERDO again on 15 December seeking clarity on the status/whereabouts of my order. I emailed them again on 16 December requesting a refund or for the goods to be delivered by Monday 20 December or I will be contacting consumer affairs.

They were able to source a PS5 in Sydney and I personally drove to Allawah (45min) to collect the PS5 in time for Xmas (16 December). I am still waiting on the additional controller as part of the original purchase on 18 November.
Paid premium price and would have expected better, transparent service.

Playstation 5 Disc Review
Purchased pS5 disc from Sydney. Didn't know about this company at the start, called there phone number spoke with the staff. They confirmed they have stock but there is wait time. Finally I received my Playstation and happy woth my purchase. Recommend them only problem delivery took long. Overall I am happy.

Ordered a PS5 console online on the 7th of December, I was told after 10 days I would receive a tracking number, no email came. Called 3 times and sent 3 emails no response! Finally called afterpay and they are helping me with a payment dispute to get a full refund. Absolutely joke! I was willing to pay high price just to get one for my partner but they don't even have them in stock and just lie! Never will I use again and I urge everyone to stay away!

Awful scam. I brought a PS5 on the 9th of November for my child for Christmas only to be told it’s gone missing in the post! The company sendle that I’ve been in contact with have assured me they have fully reimbursed Leerdo and that leerdo is in no way out of pocket, they have asked that I contact them for a replacement. Leerdo now though will not answer my calls or reply to my email/ messages. I will be taking the matter VCAT. Do not use this company they are a complete scam. Appalling. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

PlayStation 5 purchase online.
Only thing bothered me is I paid High retail as I am not able get it on suggested retail price. Other than that everything is on point. After waiting two weeks my PS5 arrived. I am happy and I will recommend Leerdo.
