I loved the material when arrived I just wish the delivery time was abit quicker! Took to long to come

They advertise nearly all products as “discounted” or on sale etc. They will then send you some of the lowest quality products you will ever see, and then when you ask for a refund they say they can’t because it’s part of their sale. Please AVOID THIS COMPANY and do not get scammed like I did.

Have sent a few emails with questions regarding size, fit etc, Amir was always prompt with a reply and with so much information. Took on the advice given and extremely happy with the service and following purchases!

Exceptional customer service from somebody called Waqar, had an unfortunate issue with my order which they very quickly resolved for me.

If you have an issue with your order ensure you request to speak to Waqar.

I ordered Coast T-shirt that was described on website as 100% cotton. When I received it material looked so cheap so I checked labele and saw 55% cotton and 45% polyester.
So with delivery cost I paid cheap polyester shirt about 60€ :(

Update:
I was contacted from Waqar from the Customer Happiness team and he told me I can get a complete refund and that I can return without cost.

Unbelievable response service, after i made my order i quickly noticed i sent it to wrong address in different country, i emailed in shortly after to see if they can amend the address. Typically i don't get a response from other companies by the time its too late to change and i have to go through the refund process and re order again. But Chioma responded within 15 minutes, to correct my order delivery in time. Thank you Chioma!

It took a while to eventually sort out the refund issue, but once all the information had been assessed the redund was very quick

I just placed an order but picked the wrong tshirt colour so emailed to ask it to be changed, I didn't think it wouldn't be, however Rania in customer service done It 5 mins after I sent the email, its customer service like that we need not a robot

Ordered a pair of Black cargo shorts, 2 pairs were confirmed on an email. Thanks to Seemi's quick customer services reply via email when I queried this, the issue was resolved straight away, and a refund given. Item will be arriving soon.

Avoid if you plan on trying to return something!! I have never experienced such bad service as with Legend London, if you can call being ignored even service.

I originally placed an order on 27th July and it arrived on 29th July. Unfortunately I needed to return some items due to the items not being like shown on website and some faulty items received, I tried using their returns portal ensuring I did this during my legal 14 day returns window on 6th August. The returns portal would not work and as instructed on the page banner I sent an email in the morning on 7th August as I was only being offered an exchange, even though all my items qualified for a refund as I was sure to check this considering I ordered over £500 of clothing and was my first time ordering from this company.

I initially had a response straight away asking for further details which I replied to providing all information. Since 7th August I have not received any response, I have sent daily emails, contacted via the contact form and nothing. The irony is that my customer service emails are being completely ignored but they have managed to send me two automated marketing emails to try and sell me more items!

I have now had no option but to raise the issue with American Express who have raised a dispute for the charges with them on my behalf. Hopefully this will resolve the issue.

I am very grateful to Rachael for her help with my issue.
I bought two pairs of shoes and, due to a mistake on my part, ordered the same color; I couldn't change the order myself, but thanks to Rachael, it was sorted out and my order is now correct.
I have already bought six products from the brand and am very happy with them—I highly recommend them.

I’ve been shopping with Legend London for a year now, and I must say I’ll continue with their products the pants feel good they look good. I recently had my order lost in shipment and they wasted no time to get this resolved, huge thank you to your customer service team can’t wait for new products.

What can I say about Legend London, I made only my third order late night Monday as I was bored with TV and I thought you know what I needed some shopping therapy, I found a funky looking sexy shirt and placed a order, as I got confused I ordered it twice and had paid for 2 items not the one Oh No !.. silly ole me hey... I quickly email the LL email address in a panic and within a few seconds I got a reply, the reply was personal and warm, the upshot was Seemi cancel the second shirt and sorted the refund within 30mins late at night which really impressed me, you can't put a price on amazing customer services, I now look forward to placing more orders when I need that midnight shopping buzz. Thank You Very Much Seemi.. every business needs a Seemi... :) Big Respect.......
