I felt like my case was slow. At times I was feeling deserted and felt as if my issues are not dealt with properly. The solicitors were recommended to me just 2/3 days after my injury. I was believing that the case will be over within a few months but took 22months.

I had a great experience with my sollicitor Uzma. She has been dedicated to my case from A to Z, was available to listen to my worries and brought valuable advices on the next best steps.

Having a fall whilst on holiday in crete I decided to use Leighday to claim against tui as it happened in one of there hotels.
The process was quite long but eventually got settled out of Court after a long 3 years.

I found dealing with LD for my cycling accident claim stressful, very slow, and hard work. I had minimal contact/explanation of what was happening and had to a huge amount of chasing, even having to chase LD’s contractors (speed medical) directly. I ultimately received an amount just under the judicial college guidelines recommended amount for the injury, so they did their job, but goodness what an unnecessary extra stress it was. I got the strong impression they do not value ‘panel’ (insurance funded) work - but they are still being paid and should provide a service reflecting that.

Leigh day were very professional all through, and I thought they were very understanding of when legal language was complex and therefore were happy to help or explain things in layman terms. The communication was great and timely, they were also kind and empathetic. Thank you for the service and help with my case.

From the very first contact with Bethany Greenwood I felt as ease and supported and comfortable with her expertise and experience. It was initially Day One Trauma Support who decided for me and put me on to Leigh Day who they thought would be the best option considering my injury’s and Trauma. Bearing in mind I had never sustained such injury’s and was a happy chappie from start to finish. Although an experience like my accident is unpleasant and unpredicted I could not have felt better with all the help I received and to be honest they all become like a little family to you and it’s sad as they drop away one by one to the next unfortunate person to be involved in an accident or other traumatic experiences
Like other great businesses or organisations I’d say “ I’ll be back “ like Arnie but in this instance I hope I don’t have to go through that experience again

Knocked off my bike by a vehicle and sustained a serious injury. Chose Leigh Day because of their affiliation to British Cycling and really glad I did.
