From start to finish the experience with Leigh Day could not have been bettered. The company and the whole process was an eye opener. I'm an experienced cyclist and car driver. I was knocked off my bike by a driver opening his door into me. This resulted in surgery and a broken bike.

I researched solicitors and contacted several firms to gauge advice and costs. Furthermore, several friends recommended Leigh Day, having used them previously and received good advice and positive results.

I instructed Leigh Day. Scott Lindsay handled matters for me there and he was superb. The advice received and the professional manner in which he conveyed himself and represented the firm was excellent.

My direct experience with Leigh Day has been extraordinary. The firm won a colossal case on my behalf.
Back in 2023, I sustained a serious injury while using a table saw that was subsequently proven to be dangerous and not compliant with current UK safety regulations. An appliance sold by the largest retail online vendor in Western countries. As I became aware of my consumer rights, I asked many personal injury law firms to represent me. Almost all of them, well aware defendant’s great reactive power, rejected my appeal.
Leigh Day, with great courage, accepted the challenge and initiated the legal suit, applying incredible accuracy and professionalism.
