I never leave feedback for companies or products HOWEVER my Grillstream BBQ wasn’t working and so I looked up the manufacturer online and immediately managed to get through to David in customer support. No waiting no chatbot!
David talked me through troubleshooting the issue and after a patient 15 minutes decided that I needed a new gas regulator. He put one in the post the same day which arrived by DPD the next day. A simple switch out of the new part solved my problem.
If only all customer support could be this courteous and helpful! Terry of Poole

How refreshing in this day and age that there are companies that actually believe in good customer service.
I recently contacted LeisureGrow in the hope that I could purchase a glass tabletop for my outdoor Bergen Garden furniture which had smashed when I toppled the table.
The set had been purchased more than 4 years ago and my confidence in obtaining a replacement was fairly low.
Almost immediately, after sending an email enquiry I had received a reply from James Paton, Consumer customer Service with the question
“To allow us to properly check availability, we would need to have a picture of the full set in question, and we can check availability and provide a quote if possible.”
As requested I sent the photograph and within the same hour I received the reply that they had a probable replacement and if I was satisfied with the quote and could supply my details, they would organise despatch.
Yesterday, only 6 days from making the initial enquiry I received the new tabletop, a perfect fit and expertly packaged in enough bubble wrap to protect bone china.
Thank you LeisureGrow and particularly James such service and support is really rare, and I would certainly recommend your company to others.

Chrome peeling from BBQ
I have a Grillstream Legacy 6 burner BBQ which suffered chrome peeling off the controls. I contacted Leisuregrow to order a new set but was sent a set as a goodwill gesture.

Excellent customer service
Ordered Oslo rectangular outdoor furniture and noticed bevels in the rattan table. Rebecca Velk helped me with the complaint and ordered a new table for me. However, I realised the bevels were due to intense heat and when cool they disappeared (Rebecca then cancelled the replacement as I requested). The furniture is of a high standard and the whole process was very straightforward. Rebecca’s communication was also first class and she is a great representative for Leisuregrow/LG

They told me to try amazon or eBay

Lovely product but none connecting parts
I have bought a Mikado 3m parasol for an existing table and chairs. It’s a lovely umbrella, great quality and looks great. One slight hitch is that the base pole and the parasol element won’t fit together.
I had an initially prompt response asking me if there were connection parts - there aren’t ….. after a hitch in communication I have a solution and fingers crossed a working umbrella in a few days
