I’m really not the kind of person who leaves reviews but I just visited Northampton leisure lakes in go outdoors and had Alex who was a star , very very helpful and sorted what I needed and even fitted it for me , if only every shop had a guy like that ! Look after staff like this they are gold ..

Poor service
Poor service, website stated order before 2pm for same day dispatch, ordered 10:30am on a Thursday item only dispatched the following Monday, no explanation or apology, cancelled item as it would have arrived too late for the birthday present date it was bought for.

I bought a bike from leisure lakes…
I bought a bike from leisure lakes around 2-3 months ago. Set up of the bike was easy and incredibly simple. I had a large problem with the brake pads, and very large brake issues however. I emailed leisure lakes and they immediately sent me two sets of brake pads for free. The customer service was, prior to delivery and afterwards, amazing. Five stars is almost not enough for the incredible service I was given. Will buy from again 100%!
