Great staff, helped me with what I needed and got me set up quickly

Thank you so much for helping me with my home improvement loan. Trevor Kiefer was very helpful. I asked him about a million questions before I went through with my loan, he answered all my questions and concerns.

Smooth and easy process.
However I gave you 3 stars because nowhere in my interaction with Mr. Barber did he mention anything about his fee ($1500) which was taken out of the loan amount. Big suprise to me when I found out. Be sure to ask how much the agent helping you is getting so you are not suprised at the end like I was.

Ronald Barber was very helpful and knowledgeable. He covered the process and fees so I understood everything. I received an email that I was funded within half an hour.

I borrow money from them
I made all of my payments on time.
I checked my credit report and found out they are not reporting my payments for 6 plus months . This has impacted my credit score in a negative way
I have called and each time I’m told they are working on it .
They have to put each customer’s information manually.
Each time their story changes
I will never borrow money from them again.
I highly advise to be careful of their behavior

I had to refinance because I couldn’t pay for a month due to an injury. Elma Fortune came through for me the next day, and was able to do everything over the phone.

The process was quick and easy. Robert was friendly and knowledgeable. It’s no reflection on Robert and his service, but I didn’t know about the excessive funding fee until well into the process.

This company is extremely unprofessional, never follow through with anything they say they’re going to do, nor do they return phone calls or emails. I have placed NUMEROUS calls to attempt to pay off my account. They have no idea what they’re doing!!! They told me my account was sold to a third party, but couldn’t tell me who it was when I asked. On their website it shows my account is paid off but when stating it was, they said it was inaccurate. Do not request or take a loan from Lending Point! NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE! I would give ZERO stars if I could.

It was an awesome experience. Trevor Keifer was very professional and understanding. He made the process so easy. I will definitely be referring him to others.

Hello so I tried apply for loan some how gentleman Mark called say he from lending point said he can approve for loan
He even forged my signature on document I never looked at or read 3 days we went back and forth on third day I got little worried how he was conducting business I got that documentation saved and phone numbers that link to this web site all I want to say anyone looking for loan or assistance on money don’t use lendin point this web site the scammers fraud after my bank account got screwed up when they said trying to help me out yeah they messed me up for sure and got money from me to all don’t apply use this web site just don’t want something what happened to me happen to any other people

It is a rip off! do not do it unless your life depends on it or you for sure can pay it right off.... I paid for almost three years, sometimes extra, and it is still only down by $400.00 of the principal amount. I regret ever doing it and it's a lesson well learned. I am also looking into my state consumer laws to see what I can do to remedy this.

They would not help me in a time of need. Just get your information and send it to marketing companies to use your information for other purposes.

I have been paying a loan off for over a year with a VERY high interest rate with a credit score of 761, never late and make extra payments. They will NOT lower my interest rate or refinance my loan since “there is no promotions at this time”. Website states you can refinance but leaves out the promotion details to do it.
