Very poor quality. Shoes are made from thin synthetic material, not as advertised. Strong chemical smell and cheap foam sole. Not suitable for use. Would not recommend.

Dreadful. Just dreadful. I ordered boots in early January. The boots I received were not the boots shown on their website. Not the same boots. Not the same quality shown. Even the size was wrong. (The boots they showed on their website were from “Duckfeet” - a Danish company. The boots they sent were NOTHING like what was shown on their site!)

I contacted them by email and expressed my disappointment. They requested a picture of what I received. Later they offered a 30% refund. and asked me to confirm the offer, which I did. It was easier than what I imagined returning them would be, since they were shipped from China. The refund was to be processed “within 5-7 business days.”

It has been over a month, I have sent several messages, and received no response. I have waited, and I have learned my lesson, accepting the face that I will most likely never receive a refund.

This company will rip you off! Do not order from them, they lie and tell you it’s from New York but really from China

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I should have read the reviews. Can’t contact company. Website says unsafe. No email contact. Cheap plastic shoes delivered in paper bag. Nothing like the description/picture in the ad. $75 down the drain. Learned my lesson! If negative stars were a thing, that’s what I would rate them.

I was sent defective merchandise. The zipper was broken on the right boot and the left had a tear. I ordered a half a size larger than what I normally wear, and what was sent was one that couldn't even get my foot into. It definitely wasn't a 10.5. I've been back and forth with customer support and after the numerous emails I've come to the conclusion, they don't want to make it right as their policy states. They want me to send the boots back to China that would cost almost as much as the boots themselves. And supposedly they're out of plaza One New York. I believe I've been scammed to my chagrin.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This site is a scam. I purchased boots that were described as 100% leather. The minute I opened the package, I knew I had been scammed. The heavy smell of plastic wafted out of the bag. No tags, no labels. Fake fake fake.

I don’t even have words for how horrible this company is. This company shouldn’t even be getting any stars not even the one that we have to put on here. I have still been trying to get my money back. I bought a pair of boots. They smell rancid. They look nothing like the picture. They are poorly made you can’t even wear them. That’s how thin they are. They will not give me my money back. They want to give me a partial refund and they want me to return them to Hong Kong or wherever they come from when my shipping label came from California, but the store is in New York just makes no sense. This place is a huge scam. Just don’t buy from them. please don’t buy from them. They need to be taken out of business. I have been going back-and-forth with them for days and days. Awful just don’t do it.

I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star. I ordered what I thought were cute leather boots with fleece lining what I got was cheap plastic boots-no tag, no box, wrapped in plastic from some weird address in California (but really China). I’ve written to the email to ask how to return, no answer. Someone else had same experience-shame on me for not researching before I ordered. Terrible, terrible quality and no response from company to return. I’ll be contacting my credit card for refund/scam alert.

Purchased ankle boots from this company. Paid $65. Ad was very mis leading. The quality looked so good on the ad. Boots arrived and are such low quality. Fake leather. Sizing is too small… couldn’t fit my foot in the boots. When I asked to return for full refund, they refused! Boots were never worn! They offer only a 40% refund and that I should keep the poor quality boots. What a scam. So disappointing!! Don’t buy anything from this company.

Horrible, horrible horrible, do not order from this Company, Lennox and Gray out of New York, they are not a out of New York, they shipped from China, I ordered a car coat and a woven bag totaling $91.92, when I received the merchandise, it was absolutely horrible. Looked nothing like the photos. Terrible smell bad quality no labels no tags I contacted them. They wanted to meet to exchange for something else I said absolutely not. I said I want a full refund. That’s even what their policy said. Do not accept any percentage refund. I called my credit card company Chase if I don’t get a full refund from them, Chase will give it to me. I will not pay to ship this back to China either they are a fraudulent company please beware !!!!!!

The catalogue depicted online looks innovative and high quality. But the quality is literally garbage. I asked to return the three items I had bought. They sent an address that was not recognizable by USPS. Eventually after 5.5 months they got returned to me! Won’t recommend them at all.

This is Temu with a different name. Save yourself a lot of money and avoid this place at all costs. Shipping is incredibly slow - FROM CHINA! The website alludes to being a high end store with high end products who’s having a winter clearance sale. The product photos look great and the marked-down sale prices shown are shocking given the ACTUAL QUALITY of their products. I ordered 2 pairs of boots, one small brown purse, one tote bag set (4) in red - this one in particular is ABSOLUTE JUNK! The sizes of the pieces are not what you see on the website and a portion of the small tote bag opening is sewn shut so you can’t actually tote larger items around in this. It’s now the thing that holds my records, 45’s that is. The brown boots are a thin material with cotton puffy fabric lining only at the top where they are shown folded over. I also ordered a sweater that does not arrive in the same fabric as shown either. I found this website via an ad on FB and I must say that I’ve tried to order a handful of items from various places that advertise on FB and it’s all been garbage quality stuff that is nothing as described. I’ve even had an order undelivered and the moment I went looking for the “store” to contact, it was completely gone from the internet.

Like many before me have mentioned, the products they are advertising are not the products they shipped. I ordered a pair of boots they advertised as "leather" and "rugged." The retail price was listed as $199.00 or so. The discounted price was listed at around $60.00 as they were "Going out of Business." The boots I received are made of cheap plastic with a toxic chemical smell emanating from them. Also like many others, they have offered me a 30% refund and an offer to keep the boots rather than the ability to return for a full refund. I have opened a dispute about this charge with my credit card company, and hope to stop payment. We shall see!

Do not buy from this company. I purchased a pair of shoes, and when they didn’t fit, I contacted customer service to return them. They refused to accept the return despite my request. This feels dishonest and untrustworthy.

The boots I purchased based on picture and written details were horrible. The picture and details say Genuine wester-inspired leather look - (nope they look like plastic), says soft shearling lining that keeps feet warm (nope the polyester that is coming out of the top of the boot is not shearling and stops there feet have nothing keeping them warm). I could go on but why.... do not buy these boots.

I ordered the black leather ankle boots which were touted as insulated and waterproof, which were on sale $58 and looked so cute. 4 weeks later they arrived and they are ridiculous. I opened the envelope packaging (not in a box)and the chemical smell was terrible. The soles of the shoes are cheap plastic, and are already torn fresh out of the package. They are not leather and the laces that were sent with them do not have plastic on the tips, so it’s next to impossible to get them threaded through the holes. Of course I’m kicking myself for being suckered into a cute photo. AND because they were on sale, which all of their items are listed as on sale, according to the fine print they are NOT RETURNABLE. Don’t do it!

I cancelled my order before it was shipped and it was still shipped to me. I have called several times and I can't speak to a live representative. I received an email with an apology because my cancellation was overlooked, and they want to refund me 30% of my 116.97 because of their mistake. The product looks cheap and this company is a scam. This company doesn't deserve a 1 star.

If I could give it a negative number I would. Boots are cheap plastic, sent them to Goodwill. Next time I will do my research. Don't fall for the ad which makes all the shoes and boots look like real leather. Absolutely HORRIBLE with no way to return.

Everything about this company is misleading and sadly, although I browsed the contact and other info, I did not read the very negative reviews and out $150. This is not a company with a NY contact, the shoes are cheap quality, run small. Took nearly one month for delivery which came from China. I give them credit for their marketing skills and ability for misleading and ripping off customers. Even though I would need to return the shoes to CHINA, they will not allow a refund which I guess is discretionary and not clear in the policy.
