Saul and Roger at the Macy’s LensCrafters Peabody location are fantastic! I have been going there for many years and they are always kind, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

Dr. Coral Cohen is A-mazing! The store is beautiful, and the staff is always attentive. The website offers a great buying experience, is easy to use, and has the best prices! They do not disappoint!

I visited the eye doctor at LensCrafters for an exam for contact lenses on March 1st. March 2nd, I placed an online order on their website for my contacts. I initially sent my glasses prescription and not my contacts prescription, which is 100% my fault. On March 3rd, I realized this, and contacted their live chat support. They informed me of this and asked me to send the correct prescription via email. I did this, I then chatted with them again later that afternoon. I was told it was received and that the order was fixed and would be sent to processing to ship on March 5th. I chatted again on March 5th because my order had not shipped yet. I was told that my prescription was wrong, so, I uploaded the correct one again, and was told the same thing, that it would be shipped March 7th. March 7th rolls around, it had not shipped, so, I chatted again. I was told again that the issue with my prescription was not resolved. Uploaded the correct one again. I was told it would ship March 10th. March tenth comes around, still has not shipped. So, I reach out AGAIN, and what do you know? The issue was not resolved, so, uploaded it again, and have now been told that it will ship in two days. SO now I am waiting to see if it actually does. Chat was extremely unhelpful and calling the number just tells me to go to the live chat.
This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. It appears that LensCrafters does not care at all about my business. I was lied to 3 times about my order and am guessing that I was lied to a 4th time. I have been out of contacts for a week now because of this. I will never return to LensCrafters again for my lenes. (The eye doctor inside the LensCrafters location I went to was great, this only refers to the online ordering and support part of LensCrafters)

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I ordered contact lenses in January. The payment was posted on my credit card on Jan 22. I had to return them and was told they were received on Feb 4. Even after contacting them several times (by email, you can’t talk to a real person when you call the customer service number) I still have not received my refund.

THERE ARE CURRENTLULY PROBLEMS WITH THEIR WEBSITE. IT WON'T ALLOW ACCESS TO SEARCH ON THE EYEGLASSES SELECTIONS; LENS SELECTION DOESN'T WORK; CHAT DOESN'T WORK TO GET ASSISTANCE and NO ONE EVEN RESPONDS TO EMAILS. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THIS. AT LEAST HAVE THE COURTESY TO POST A MESSAGE SOMEWHERE TO LET CUSTOMERS KNOW WHAT'S GOING ON AND/OR/IF YOU ARE WORKING ON THE PROBLEM. IT'S VERY FRUSTRATING TRYING TO EVEN ATTEMPT TO PLACE AN ORDER. SO I'M FED UP AND WILL PURCHASE ON SMARTGLASSES.com and FRAMESDIRECT, as they have working apps and the order process is easy without aggravation.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT LENSCRAFTERS! This location is a chaotic mess with consistently rude and unhelpful staff. I shelled out OVER $400 (with insurance!) for "all the bells and whistles" on new lenses, and what did I get? A pair of glasses I CAN'T EVEN SEE OUT OF! Turns out, my PD and seg height are OFF BY 2 MM! Completely unacceptable and now I'm stuck with glasses that are likely making my vision worse. I tried to be understanding, thinking maybe it was just me adjusting to progressives, but no, the lenses were just plain WRONG. Every time I've gone to the Abercorn location, it's a zoo with a "2-hour wait." Seriously?! I called, desperate for help, and the LOD told me to come in because he was "too busy" to talk on the phone. So much for customer service. Then, I called another location, and the guy actually LAUGHED and told me it was past the 30-day return window (even though the glasses were MADE WRONG!) and then HUNG UP ON ME! Rude and unprofessional doesn't even begin to cover it. If I'd wasted my time going to the store like the first LOD told me to, I'd have lost a whole day for nothing. Their "Accufit" technology? More like "Accufail." It's clearly not accurate if my prescription is completely off. LensCrafters is just another greedy corporation that cares more about your money than your eyesight. I'm done. Done with the long waits, done with the rude staff, and definitely done with their incompetent lens making. I'm taking my business to America's Best where they actually know what they're doing. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. You'll thank me later.

This was my first time getting anything prescription from LensCrafters as they aren't covered with my eye insurance. However online they had an amazing sale. Unfortunately, I keyed in part of my prescription incorrectly, and didn't realize it until the glasses arrived and were blurry. I contacted them immediately and they confirmed my correct prescription and without any hassle, sent me a return label for the bad pair and immediately re-ordered a new pair! I was so shocked as they are 'custom' being prescription lenses AND it was my fault. I will absolutely keep them in mind for future orders!

It has taken 2 weeks longer to get my glasses than I was originally told. When I asked about this on the original estimated delivery date I was told I would be getting money taken off of the order amount to make up for it but when my glasses finally shipped they still charged me the full amount, so that is 2 lies I have been told. Along with that is straight up incompetence. I got my glasses today and they sent my glasses with clear lenses instead of the transitions I ordered. So now instead of washing my hands of them and going on with my life I am being forced to endure them again to get the correct lenses. Use me as a warning to NEVER get glasses with lenscrafters, they are incompetent liars.

My order of a pair of prescription glasses has been „in process“ for almost three weeks now. If I ask the customer service to cancel the order, they always say they can’t cancel it because it’s supposed to be shipped, but that just never happens. So although I made a payment, it is completely uncertain when and if I‘ll ever receive my glasses. Do yourself a favor and don’t order from them.
12yr old Daughter’s glasses broke, she was still using them because she is very blind without them, we had superglue holding them together. Contacted LensCrafters in Eugene Oregon. They ordered us a replacement without turning in old glasses on warranty. When they arrived my wife went to get them they handed them to her, she asked if she needs to sign anything, they said no and she left. 5 minutes later while already in her car on the road they called her saying she has to bring them back asap because she has to turn in the old ones in order to get the new ones. So she did. They made the mistake. My daughter had her glasses break again at school, she set them down during PE so they wouldn’t get broken more. After PE she went to grab them and they were gone, nowhere to be found. Wife tried to pick the new ones up again and even told them of our circumstances. They still won’t release them. She is very blind, we have no spares. She is up for a new prescription in a few months so I don’t want to buy another set, then buy another new pair. Why can’t you guys just release them? Lost a customer because of this. Nobody seems to know their own policies at the Eugene store. Very unprofessional, made to feel like we were wasting their time. We just want our daughter to see. If there is an extra fee, we will pay it! But that hasn’t even been offered. UPDATE found out my wife even paid them the $50 deductible required, now in order to release them we have to pay an additional $253 out of pocket.

Excellent lenses without any significant distortion. Much better than other eyewear manufacturers. Good warrantee available in case of damage to the glasses.
The customer service is excellent and very supportive for on-line orders. Wish the web site let you virtually try on glasses and suggest frames.
It was super easy. I enjoyed how easy the website was. I do wish it was easier to change your personal information like address. Overall I enjoyed looking at the choices. Found a great pair.
Ordered prescription sunglasses online. My order has been processing for over 1month! I call and they say they are behind and keep waiting! Looking for where to file a complaint. Lenscrafters is who did my eye exam they have everything they need!

Choosing amd ordering glasses online are made easy. Entering prescriptions and insurance is quick as well. My glasses arrived in a timely fashion and came with no issues.
LensCrafters have always meet my expectations, but yesterday was the cherry on top. I went to Mall of Millenia (4200 Conroy Rd #L201 Orlando, FL) asked Alex Garcia to repair a pair of expensive Prada sunglasses, btw I did not purchased in there. He returned my sunglasses not just completely fixed but clean, and looking brand new.
Looks like this young men wants to make a difference, and he did just that for me. Sadly, due to insurance I had stop going to LensCrafters for 4 years. Can’t wait for our annual check up, so I can bring my family of 4 back.
Thank you Alex!
Customer service is Great in person, online or by phone. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
The process was easy and the experience with the customer service rep was phenomenal.

It had been 7 years since ordering new glasses, after dealing with both LensCrafters store and LensCrafters online, I know why. The absolute lack of communication by both the store and online is stunning. Ordered glasses in the store and was never notified they were ready to pick up. While at store asked about ordering Oliver Peoples frames. Told no, they cannot help me as they don’t sell his frames. So on 12/30/24 ordered the Oliver Peoples frames online. Stated I would have them on 1/9/25. No. Nothing. No glasses. No emails. Nothing. Did chat. Told I would have them 1/22/25. Again 1/22/25 came and went with no glasses and no email. No communication at all. Called and was told they were swamped with end of year orders and the snow storm threw them off schedule. Was told I would receive them 1/29/25. I actually did receive them but they had not even bothered to clean the measurement black dots off of the lenses. No communication and extremely unprofessional. Run away from LensCrafters if you value your sanity.
1/4/25 UPDATE. Hey Luxottica your little link to share experience DOES NOT WORK just like your LensCrafters Customer Service. Absolute Gaslighting to ask people to go to a link that does not work. Once again HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
