Been waiting for my order for over two weeks now. Very little communication from the service. Instead of offering to do something to get the lost order, I'm prompted to make a new order or ask for refund. For someone who's wearing lenses every day, waiting this long, and now additionally waiting more, plus waiting for a refund...
