extremely poor service
THey sent the wrong product, made ME run around to work out what went wrong and i have now sent back the product over one month ago, they have my money and I am still waiting for a refund. I would have been more than happy for them to simply exchange the contacts for the correct ones but all of this has been extreme unsatisfactory.

WHY LET PEOPLE ORDER AND PAY FOR THE ITEM THEN!?!?
NOT reliable if your need these for University study or work which is a pain in the @#*£ because they are the only company offering 3 months worth at a time.

There were problems with delivery, and I had to enquire endlessly about it myself. I think if the company cannot deliver something on time, they should inform customers about it, and not wait until complaints and enquiries come in. Nevertheless, everything was Ok with order when it has arrived.

Perfect costumer service!
The lenses I ordered were apparently not available.
They let me know this within one week of my order, without me complaining about anything (I still had lenses and I was busy with work and other stuff...)
They told me they were going to send me separate lenses instead and then I would get the boxes of 6 which I ordered when they were again available.
Indeed two days later 2x2 separate lenses arrived. Two weeks later they informed me again by e-mail that my lenses finally arrived and they then send them. So basically I got 2x2 free lenses on top of my order.
In all this time, I never e-mailed them back or corresponded in any way. (I was too busy with other stuff) They just kept me up to date, looked for a solution and solved it. Perfect service!
