the hotel is nice, but there is a insect infestation. i was bitten by something at nigh, and had to go to the doctor because now there is a big red mark in my leg.
i told this at the reception, together with the picture of the bug, and got a "sorry this happened with you".
if you are charging the price you are charging, i expect no bugs in the room.

Reservation service did not understand our inquiry. Got rude and started questioning us rather than answering our questions. Would not recommend.

Helpful, enthusiastic staff, very welcoming, good restaurant and bar, superbly located. Rooms pleasant and functional.

Hotel will cancel your booking at any time with one liner explanation even as you are about to check in.

I hope this gets to the person that deals with the online reservations
I’m trying to book a wheelchair accessible room at your Leeds hotel with a Wowcher code and it’s just turn into a joke
Your employees are booking the wrong date wrong location and a standard room they just don’t understand what a simple task anyone could do this
I’m thoroughly disappointed with the service I am receiving and it’s still on going

Still no reply or apology from these thieves. Took the money out of my account that wasn’t authorised. Sent 2 e mails and no replies, nothing unusual in this as ignorance and thieves work together. Next step is court, don’t book with them

Leonardo Hotel Frankfurt City South

A gem of an airport hotel 5* for service, room quality, WiFi and price.

Google maps took me straight there after a 9 hour drive from Hungary, on my way back to UK.

Plenty of parking.
Super helpful staff
Squeaky clean
Lovely breakfast.

Best airport hotel I've ever stayed in.

Leonardo Royal Hotel, Frankfurt.
We can NOT reccomend this hotel. Our room (and the hotel in general) was really badly maintained - missing lamps, holes in the wall, a really dirty and disgusting balcony etc. The room should have been with two double-beds, but they were really small.
The one star goes to the guy in the recption who gave us a discount of 20% because it was so bad.
I do not understand how this hotel is rated as an official 4-start hotel.

Unclean bathroom, especially the toilet! When the receptionist was informed of this, his answer was “oh, how annoying”. Cannot recommend.

Good location, and nice but small room. Subway is very close, street is quite and we were not disturbed.
One that I don't like is very late check in. :(

Hotel Leonardo i Freital, Dresden.
Never, ever have we met a hotel and restaurant staf, that served us so badly.
We had bought ½ pension incl. free drink. Ok - we asked for a larger drink (we´d pay) - impossible said the waiter (big discussion) - we had to take the free drink first - ok - but when he came back, we´d finished our meal!
Check out - while the staff talked otherwise at the same time - and no bill to say we´d been there.
