⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service – Saved Our 16-Year-Old Sony!

I cannot recommend Les Preston TV & Video Repairs Ltd highly enough.

Our 16-year-old Sony TV suddenly died and, if I’m honest, we were on the verge of taking it to the local tip. One phone call changed that. The lovely lady who answered was friendly, reassuring and encouraged us to bring the TV in for a free estimate. That simple advice quite literally saved our television.

From there, the service was first class. Ryan handled the admin smoothly and professionally, keeping everything straightforward and stress-free. Special thanks must go to Steve and Gary for carrying out the repair – the TV was diagnosed, repaired (power supply issue), and returned to us working perfectly again.

For £75 plus VAT, our faithful Sony is back in pride of place after 16 years of service. In a world where so much is simply thrown away, it’s refreshing to find a local company that values repair, honesty and fair pricing.

Professional, friendly, efficient and excellent value.

Highly recommended.
