Impossible to create a user

As my employer uses this service, after downloading the app I tried to register.
It asks for a password that I don't have, because I never created one.
After many attempts and a lot of wasted time I tried the reset password option again many times with no result. Never got your email.
Does anyone check these requests? Doubt it.
Does anyone take action? Doubt it.
What is missing here to be able to register as a simple user?
No link for help in the app, no guidance.
Still unable to use it for what is needed.
