Great site, items arrived well packaged and had no problem getting the instructions downloaded.
Very happy with my purchases.

Sets purchased were U18B NYC & U18B CSX. The quality of the bricks I found to be outstanding. I found on one of the motors a connection pin was broken but it didn't keep me from finishing the MOC build. The other set did not include the train wheels and couplers. I had few other issues with each set. As an experienced brick builder I found these few issues did not keep me from enjoying the sets. It did take a few attempts to access the instructions but that wasn't any major problem. The only other issue was how the MOC seemed overly complicated (while I understand this because of external details) it seemed that in places inside of the body that too many bricks were used and the ability to connect those bricks as one large subassembly was difficult.

Great experience. The engine came complete without mising anything. I will buy again for sure. Even it was Christmas the package arrived after 3 weeks in Greece. You deserve 5 stars for my experience

Ordered the Letbricks EMD SD90/43MAC H2 version by Jepaz. Shipping was real quick and attention by customer service was great! Item came with a few missing pieces, but I was able to ask customer service for them and they sent them real quick again! The only downside is the instructions manual, for it is very intuitive in many steps and not so clear if you have, like me, a small screen. For everything else, it was great buying from them, wonderful fun building the locomotive and the result is amazing! Totally recommended!

The F-14 is a great build so far, however, the printed control panels were substituted with normal unprinted ones. I tried to get them replaced, but they do not print the bricks I am missing, so I am having to source them from a couple of other brick outlets.

Just to be clear, I did contact Letbricks and I was told that they do not print the printed dashboard bricks. They substituted plain unprinted bricks for the printed ones.

My shipment did not arrive yet 5 weeks after my order.
…..update…: My order arrived at some point and the reply was very friendly. I understand the difficulties of fast grow businesses.

It took over a month for them to process my order, so it was late for Christmas plus only two items out of five were delivered AND to the wrong address on top of that! they sent it to my billing address instead of my shipping address. I even emailed them saying that the addresses were wrong and they said they would fix it and still got sent to the wrong one with partial order.

Took over 4 weeks to arrive to US. Some major parts were missing, so couldn't finish the roof or a few other decorations. It's a beautiful piece overall, but directions are horrible, with pictures of what to put where sometimes completely obscured by another drawing. The missing parts are inexcusable. Will email them for resolution on that.

I ordered a package nearly three weeks ago and paid an extra $29.99 for an expedited shipping for a special child on Christmas and all they stated is there shipping process. They clearly are a scam as they won't give any detail about the delivery or if they even shipped it. Not smart to order with these thieves.

Missing a few pieces, but nothing I couldn't reconfigure and make work.

The set was well packaged and i like that letbricks is able to create a link between customers who want to build a collection and designers who provide qualoty sets

Loved this product! The set I ordered came in good time and was packaged well! Sometimes finding specific pieces was difficult because the bags were not labeled. But overall it’s been great!

i was skeptical at first if the letbricks were legit or not. so I make my first order. it turned out I won. Letbricks bricks is way better than I expected. I'm a castle super fan. I love building large castles. thank you Letbricks. You make my dream come true. no any missing pieces. and I like the way they pay the designers of what they design. no many building blocks brands can do that. I appreciate what they do.

Good overall experience in my dealings with Letbricks; became a little concerned when no information was to be seen on my Account after two weeks (having seen that PayPal had processed the payment for the item) - however following email query, the Order was confirmed and genuine reasons for time-lag given. Product arrived two weeks later. Very satisfied with the Product and Letbricks retail-price was almost half that of comparable item on Amazon. Would happily purchase other Products from Letbricks.

Know going in it will be about 4 weeks before your order will arrive. Yuin was absolutely amazing to work with, very patient and answered all my questions. Also know you might have some missing parts, they do a great job of getting the missing parts right out. Very satisfied with the purchase.
