Helpful, friendly service
Ellie was extremely helpful all the way through the process, and very patient with me when I had technical issues!
She explained everything very clearly on my arrival at the flat, and told me how to report any issues I discover as I settle in.
My only negative is that the flat was not clean by my standards, especially the kitchen cupboards. Having just spend a day scrubbing my old flat to leave it spotless, I could have done without cleaning again on arrival…
However, the flat is very comfortable and freshly decorated, with new carpets throughout, so all good!

My experience purchasing a property through Let Property has been nothing short of dreadful.
From the beginning, communication was poor, promises were made that weren't followed through, and I constantly had to chase for updates. What should have been a straightforward purchase became an unnecessarily stressful and frustrating process due to a lack of professionalism and transparency.
I felt that once the purchase was progressing, customer service all but disappeared. Questions went unanswered, responses were slow, and there seemed to be very little urgency in resolving issues. At no point did I feel supported as a buyer.
The whole experience left me feeling misled and disappointed. Buying a property is a significant financial decision, and I expected a company specialising in investment properties to provide clear guidance, honest communication, and competent service. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite.
I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing through Let Property to do their own extensive due diligence and not rely solely on the information or service provided. Based on my experience, I would not use Let Property again or recommend them to others.

Do you use this company
By far the worst property investment company I have dealt with. They are unprofessional and can not stand by their own words. They cause big delays in the process and take no responsibility for them. They will always blame the buyer for delays without understanding where the process is up to and assuming they know everything when their complete lack of knowledge is what causes delays and issues.
I would not recommend Let Property to anyone unless you want a terrible experience.
