I used this service to update my resume and create more impact for my job search, this was after reading many reviews. They immediately engaged and I found the process quick and efficient. As everyone knows it is a process and I found the pace, interaction and milestones very well communicated. The end product ultimately is up to the individual to "make it their own" with polish, but I would absolutely recommend this service to re-energize your LinkedIn and Resume!

In all honesty, I should’ve gotten to this review sooner, however I was (and remain) incredibly excited about the much-needed revamp LEG was able to perform on my resume and cover letter - so much so that I’ve been incessantly applying to jobs in the new year and have put this off until now. This company is so unique. As I searched for companies to help with my work documents, sending each a copy of my (terrible looking) resume, I got back many negative reviews of it by email. It was cold and made me feel less confident. With LEG, the co-founder of the company made a video with my resume on the screen, couching constructive criticism in complimentary elements. Then I signed up to ask questions and spoke directly to the other co-founder. I was astonished.

The person assigned to 'my case' was Lola Salaverri. She did a great job. She knows her work, and she delivers a quality product. She is a good enough conversationalist, and she is interested enough in her clients, that she is able to draw out information that will help her craft a resume that casts the client in the best light. The resume that she gave me was so much better than my previous effort. I am an electrical engineer, and I'm good at my job, but I'm not good at crafting a resume. Lola crafts resumes, and she does it well.
