all, good just a petty that my instructions are not adhered to. but as a whole we are OK.
The system can not schedule deliveries, but just delivers on the following day. Not very convenient.

Good experience for the order, bad experience for the delivery

I ordered with Bastelkiste. Very well packaged product. Perfect presentation.

The delivery was a mess. Package thrown on the door steps in the rain, no knocking on the door, no ringing the bell although I WAS HOME. A neighbor came over to inform me about the package.

Hands off – No customer service at all, unprofessional & intransparent

I received the wrong item and have been struggling for over a month to get a refund.
I ordered a clothes via Letzshop from one of their partner stores (Cocoon). The seller sent the wrong item.
There was no delivery slip, no invoice, no return instructions — not even a sender address on the parcel.
After a lot of searching and several emails, I finally managed to get a contact and a return address. I sent the item back, but the seller rejected the parcel (confirmed by a sticker from Luxembourg Post), and it was returned to me — costing me EUR 10.
When I informed the seller, they claimed they didn’t know anything about the parcel, told me I should be glad they covered the return postage, and said they would only issue a refund if I returned the item again — which would now cost me another EUR 21.
Letzshop has not responded at all.
And I can confirm what another reviewer mentioned: you do not get return postage refunded, even when the return is due to the seller’s mistake.
Unprofessional and unbelievably tedious!

I’d like to clarify where things stand today: the shop (Cocoon) confirmed they received the returned item, and your order was refunded on 2 February via PayPal (the original payment method). If you haven’t seen the credit yet, please check your PayPal account activity first — depending on PayPal/bank processing, it can sometimes take a little time before it appears on the linked card or bank statement.

That said, your feedback about the process is absolutely valid: receiving the wrong item without a delivery slip/invoice/clear return instructions, and then facing a refused return and additional postage costs, is not the experience we want customers to have on Letzshop. We’re taking this up with the partner shop to ensure return instructions and parcel handling are clear and consistent — especially when an error was made on the seller side.

If you are still out of pocket for return shipping costs, please reply with:

- proof of the postage costs (receipt or invoice), and
- the tracking number(s)
so we can review what happened and see what can be done.

Again, apologies for how tedious this was, and thank you for flagging it — it helps us improve the process with our partner stores.

Disappointing customer service and lack of transparency

I ordered snow chains via Letzshop from one of their partner stores (Auto Sport Diffusion S.A.).
The product turned out to be very old stock, but this was not mentioned anywhere in the product description.
When I raised the issue, both the seller and Letzshop refused to cover return shipping costs (€22.49),
even though the issue was not caused by me.
Unfortunately, this experience showed poor customer care and little support from the Letzshop platform.
I hope Letzshop improves its oversight of partner sellers and becomes more consumer-friendly in the future.

The picture on the website showed a 1 liter oil can but I only received 500ml. No other volume was mentioned in the description. I contacted the seller but they were not willing to make this right. They acknowledge their mistake but are not willing to compensate me. This website feels like a scam !
