Mehmet was very welcoming and extremely helpful. Originally bought our wedding bands from here. I had some jewellery that I wanted repaired and Mehmet was very honest about cost of repair and provided good information about what was needed. We have been going to Lewin’s for almost 24 years and will continue to do so as we are very happy with the service. So grateful to Mehmet and the team at Lewins. They repaired my mum's ring after the diamond came out. I was given the cost upfront, it took exactly the time Mehmet estimated it would, and he kept me posted and it came back beautifully cleaned, restored and looking immaculate. My mum was over the moon to have it back as it has great sentimental value. Couldn't recommend Lewins enough for the brilliant service they provided.

Mehmet and his sister at lewins the jewellers in Sutton high are absolutely fab . I had an accident last year and had to have my wedding ring cut off after 43 years you can imagine how upsetting this was,and was told to wait a year before getting a new ring so my fingers could heal .. I looked around different jewellers but all seemed to be not interested in any personal service and the quality of wedding rings not great . So off I went to lewins the personal service was exceptional and the help and understanding was fab . Finally after a while I got my new wedding ring just after my 44th anniversary 👍🏻 the quality is perfect and when I look at my new ring it makes me smile , so everyone needs to support lewins as great personal service is a rare thing but not at lewins..
