I went into Lewins jewelers in Sutton in April this year been going for last 20 years and was served by a lovely kind lady named Hazel she was so sweet and helpful and spent so much time with me trying to choose a family members birthday present her time spent with me was precious and she was very experienced in what she does I felt like I had known her for years her personality is amazing .❤️

I visited Lewins today with what I believed to be mostly a box of costume jewellery and just wanted a price on a few items. Fortunately Mehmet corrected my mistake as he took the time and effort to look through everything I had and I’m really glad he did. I left having sold a lot more than I expected at a price I never expected. A throughly honest and excellent customer service experience.

Mehmet is not just my go to jewellers but he became a friend not many independent family concerns remain so it's imperative that they are supported.The quality of stock is outstanding as is the service. I rest my case.
