Andy the tech was great
Andy the tech was great. He diagnosed my washer issue in less than 2 minutes. All good as he showed me how to clean it out etc.
He then worked on repairing my dryer noise.
Great staff member!!!! The CS staff member that called me was very nice and professional too .

Updating my previous review, 5-stars still.
Updating my previous review which is still going to be sitting at 5 stars as I just simply haven't had any issues with their service as I worked with Delancy during today's customer service interaction and they help me to quickly reschedule a particular rollover appointment that was already completed the day prior. Again, no complaints with her service or professionalism during our interaction and the same goes for my interaction with each of their agents for the past several years of service.

Claim Process was Disappointing, but the Resolution was Better
My experience with Liberty Home Guard began with significant frustration due to the lengthy claims process, an unsatisfactory reimbursement offer, and an unfair replacement policy. However, Josh* from the Resolution Department worked hard to address my concerns. His efforts made a meaningful difference, and because of that, I have updated my review to 3 stars.

Texas AC resolution
Our AC went out of commission with a failed capacitor. We hired our own contractor to fix the same day due to TX heat and submitted invoice. Fabio called very next day and helped resolve it. He was kind, professional, very knowledgeable and experienced in resolving claims with grace and precision. Loved Liberty Home Guard for being the best home partner with people like Fabio! Highly recommend to my friends

They charge me for 3 years in 6 month and when claim happened for water heater provided lowest model and no installation charges was paid. I have cancelled all my rental properties from them
