We needed patio doors repaired and parts changed and also requested another door looked at that wasn't part of the job, this was done with no bother at all meaning all ours doors are now in full working order. Totally recommend Liberty Locksmiths. Room door locked but keys lost.. Denis answered my call immediately and true to his word arrived a couple of hours later (even texting to advise he was on the way). Denis was extremely personable and assured me the problem would be sorted with minimum of fuss. In no time at all. The door was unlocked with not one bit of damage. I couldn't rate the service from Denis any higher. Look no further if you have the need of a locksmith. Excellent from start to finish.

Excellent service from start to finish, had just texted Denis in the morning and he came that day. Explained everything, very friendly and sorted out both my doors. Was recommended by family and couldn't recommend enough. Price was spot on , great job .

Denis picked up my telephone call on a Sunday and arranged to come out to replace my Yale lock. He carried out this work efficiently, and at the day and time we wanted him to do it. The work was done in a pleasant and courteous manner at a reasonable price.

Our key wouldn't turn in the lock and the locking mechanism for our apartment door had seized. One phone call and half an hour later and Dennis arrived exactly when he said he would and set to work to resolve this issue.

The full five point lock on the rim of the door plus the main lock itself had to be removed. Now, at this point I would have been none the wiser if I had been told the entire locking mechanism had needed replaced. But Dennis was extremely honest and said he could actually fix the lock itself!

To put this into context- my neighbour was passing and informed us that this had also happened in one of the other apartments and the resident had been quoted just over £1,000 to install a new replacement locking assembly as apparently the developer had fitted very expensive locks in this building!!!!

We were charged a fraction of this price to have our door lock fixed by Liberty!!!!
So, hat's off to this company for their honesty, kindness and fantastic service!

Not everyone you would Grant Full access to your front door , alarm system and trust however can say that we felt we were in safe hands. Patio door issue late on a Sunday. Liberty got back to me offering next day. Sorted in an hour for great value. Highly recommend.
