Would much prefer to talk to real person rather than filing online, but the online filing went pretty smoothly. Nowhere during the process was I asked to provide any pictures which I thought was strange.

Got the same coverage with lower deductibles from geico for half of what liberty mutual was charging me. Also made it a pain in the a to cancel my policy- had to call in and spend 20 minutes on the phone, tried to sell me everything else, and charged me a $50 cancellation fee. Every other company I've ever used you can cancel the policy online with one simple click.

Easy to use. Found what I needed (ID Card) quickly.

Horrible insurance company. They charge a huge, hefty fee for cancellation and have horrible customer service. They don't want to talk to you they send you back to the broker. If you want an itemized bill sent to you to explain where the fee is broken down into, instead they send you to collections after a month of getting billed. Terrible company.

I thought the updated premium adjustment would have shown up last month.

It was simple to complete the entire policy start-up process online rather than having to do it via a call with a customer service phone representative or an insurance agent. I love that! I had been a long-time customer of Progressive, but when getting a "newer" car necessitated changing my auto policy back to full coverage, the monthly insurance premium payment more than doubled. Liberty Mutual quoted me a price that Progressive was unable to match, so I had no choice but to make a choice for the better.

I loved how easy it was to get insurance here. I did not like how they made it damn near impossible to cancel my policy, nor that a basic search at Progressive and All State and State Farm brought premiums for the exact same coverage that were $750 per 6-month period less than my premiums. I also hate that even though I canceled four months ago, they are still threatening me like they're Verizon. So I now hate this company, and will actively discuss them without favor. As an aside, I think the entire insurance industry is a scam and a grift. There is no such thing as safe, and your insurance company works for themselves and shareholders. Brian Thompson was just one symptom of a terribly usurious system of control and false safety.

I've been a customer for give or take 15 years. Not one driving violation, no accidents, no late payments. As I watch the policy increase and increase over the years, instead of having discounts for safe driving and loyalty, it turns out I am now subjected to some driving app tracking my trips as if I were a brand new driver or some reckless individual behind the wheel. It's insulting.

The reps who helped me were very helpful. They had answers to all of my questions. They were also positive and made my call very pleasant.
