Ho acquistato una collana dichiarata da 9,91 grammi, ma il peso reale è 9,43 grammi. Quando ho fatto notare la differenza, mi è stato detto che è “normale” perché l’hanno lucidata prima di spedire. Come se lucidare un gioiello potesse far perdere quasi mezzo grammo! Invece di scusarsi, il venditore ha pensato bene di darmi dell’ignorante, con un atteggiamento arrogante e poco professionale.
In più:
Il punzone è “50” invece di “750” (oro 18kt), probabilmente il 7 si è usurato, ma andava specificato.
La collana ha una maglia rotta, anche questo non irrilevante dettaglio non è stato menzionato.
Mi è stato detto che mi hanno fatto “un favore” a lucidarla, ma nessuno mi ha informata prima, né è stato aggiornato il peso reale. Nessuna disponibilità al rimborso, nessuna trasparenza.
⚠️ Non consiglio assolutamente. Controllate bene prima di acquistare.
