It has helped alot since cutting certain foods from diet.
Only wish that I had done the test that included non food things as well. Bit expensive to send for another test for a few more things.

Brilliant test. I can confirm its accuracy.
I ordered this test because I kept having a really bad reaction to egg and I thought surely I can't be intolerant to all these things. I looked carefully for a blood test and not one of those pusedoscience ones with hair. This is the most affordable of the blood tests out there especially if you get it on sale. I got a 40% off boxing day sale which finally brought the test into my price range. Sure enough it confirmed a 100% intolerance to egg. All the other things it flagged up like garlic and beef I already knew so I could confirm that it was pretty accurate. It also highlighted peas and soy which was really interesting because I have been suspicious of them causing stomach upset for a long time. Overall I'm really pleased with it and for me personally it accurately reflected my known and suspected intolerances. Only improvement would be if I could have afforded to get a more expensive test because I'm sure artificial things like sweetners upset me too and I'd love to clarify that!

This person ordered an intolerance test, however, was looking for allergy results. We have a range of Allergy Tests available, however, the customer picked the wrong product to diagnose what they needed.
Refund Approved
So I felt that taking this test would finally allow me to find out what I’m intolerant to. Anyway once sending of my details I received a report which claimed that I was fine for everything. However I was still experiencing issues with milk and lactose and dairy produce. In the end I contacted for a refund. The reason for the 4 stars is because they processed the refund. I would have given no stars if they didn’t and would have believed it to be a scam but I got my money back therefore, I can say they are honest by way of customers. But I can’t say the same about the actual report itself.

Just so we can explain what happened, our ELISA testing method allows for a measurement of the reaction between antibodies in the individual blood sample and the receptors on the test strip. When the sample is exposed to the testing strip reactions will only occur where it reacts with the specialised receptors and therefore produce a result. Where there is no reaction there are no antibodies present at that time. These reactions can then be measured in order to produce results which are presented in our reports.
We understand that this result has not come back as you hoped and we would advise never to go against the advice of a medical professional. Our testing is for raised IgE and IgG antibodies only, which is only one part of allergy and intolerance diagnosis. Patient history and clinical symptoms always take precedence over raised IgE and IgG as raised levels are not always indicative of symptoms. Allergies and intolerances can also be non-IgE or IgG-mediated meaning that symptoms may present in the absence of raised levels.
