Extremely helpful through the application and process of the ECO4 funding and after the free survey put us in contact with the installers. Any problems were dealt with professionally and courteously, and we could always contact them when needed. We highly recommend this company and the experience was brilliant.

After reading in the Sun that seniors could apply for energy saving grants, I completed the Lifetime Savings online application and received an email reply promptly. The surveyor was thorough, taking two hours to check everything and submitted my grant application to the local authority. Unfortunately, this was a slow process, due to changes in the regulations. Eventually, contractors were appointed and I was provided with a new gas boiler, cavity wall insulation and a loft insulation upgrade. The surveyor also said I could apply for solar panels, provided I paid a contribution to the costs. Unfortunately, the grant application was not accepted for these, as I had. received a new gas boiler, rather than heat pumps. Overall, I would recommend Lifetime Savings as a first step in applying for an energy saving grant.

Alex from Lifetime Savings was extremely helpful in securing a Government grant for the Air Source Heating System that we have here and also did the same for our Daughter and one of our neighbours.
We have had problems with the installation, this is in no way connected to Lifetime Savings and they are helping us to get these problems sorted.

Have had multiple properties enchanted and Improved by lifetime savings now. They have been professional from beginning to end. Fully informative and helpful throughout all stages. In 1 property alone we had over £50k of improvements made all at £0 cost to myself. The grant system is amazing and at first I thought it must be too good to be true but it really isn’t. Solar panels , air source heat pump and insulation have made the houses so much more efficient and affordable to run. Thanks guys.

I have nothing but praise for this company,as a pensioner I was struggling to meet electricity bills but Alex from this company helped me to get government grants to get a new boiler,radiators and even solar panels on my roof and my bills are only half what they were previously despite energy increases….

We had our grant for a full install of heat pump solar panels and insulation. All went great throughout the process, from start to finish. I would highly recommend Lifetimesavings.

Lifetime Savings canvasser clearly explained what we could be entitled to through the ECO 4 grant scheme and organised it all for us. Having had the installation done, we are still experiencing issues since December and having difficulties getting all faults rectified. Contacting lifetime savings, the communication issues were solved at a higher level via their Boss.

I am delighted that Lifetimesavings introduced me to the free grant to have solar PV panels and Air-source heating installed. The caller who came to my house was charming and informative and convinced me that the grant was free and without obligation. Without Lifetimesavings I would still be without any affordable heating system. Thanks very much indeed!

With some scepticism I made the application for the eco4 scheme and am delighted to say that this was dealt with and approved. Solar panels, air-source heating and splendid new high-efficiency radiators fitted absolutely free of charge. We could also have had insulation had we needed it. Goodbye oil fired boiler and attendant tank!

Had my ASHP installed in October, the guys where friendly, and professional, and cleaned as they went along, explained step by step what they were doing each day and who was doing what.

Hi i was recommended to use lifetime savings to get my grant for a heat pump and solar panels this they sorted it all out with all the paper work compleat the fitters came and compleat all the work from caverty wall, to the full instillation of my central heating. It took 4 days and each night the workmen cleaned up after them selves. All I can say is EXCELLENT thank you.
Lifetime savings. I can recommend them if you wont to see the finished job please came and see, you would be welcome.

** updated following response below ** The response from this company simply proves my point! I do NOT have a combi boiler, I have a solid fuel back boiler! Also, the reason it took months to get a response is that my application was not submitted by Lifetimesavings as they claimed they were waiting for info from me, info which I had in fact supplied months earlier!! I was also asked to effectively falsify my application to get it through and I have evidence of this on email. As said, in my experience, not a good company to deal with!

Advised that I would qualify for ECO4 funding without issue but very evidently, 3 months later, it turns out that they are not the experts they claim to be and my application was rejected by the council for not meeting Ofgem guidelines! Total waste of time!!
