Lifeway Mobility has been fantastic throughout my recent health issues. they are always helpful and on time...their products are top of the line and their staff are always helpful, courteous and professional! wonderful service at a trying time....

This is a great company to work with. We rented the stair lift for six months after a family member’s surgery. It was invaluable, and I like the fact that we can rent it rather than get it permanently. The company comes when they say they were scheduled and if they are late, they call. The people who work for them are very pleasant and professional. Would definitely use them again if we needed them again, would give them more stars if I could.

Haley and Justin were great on the sales presentation and installation. Answered all our questions. Very professional.

Friendly, professional service

Very knowledgeable and professional staff. They were both curious and polite. Also there was no big push to oversell. Anthony was excellent and very responsive and Tracy got me everything I needed.

The serviceman was excellent and did what he was told and brought the parts the other serviceman told him to bring. The problem was the first serviceman ordered the wrong part, so they have come back a third time to put in the right part.

I want to recognize the outstanding customer service I received from Kyle Lacey. His professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. Thank you for providing such excellent Service.

Taylor, our tech. Found the problem right away and fixed it. She adjusted rollers/wheels and greased whatever was needed. The stair lift now sounds like new. Great job

We bought a custom Bruno chairlift from Lifeway for my elderly parents. Glenn and team were helpful all through the sales cycle answering questions and I even took my mother out to their Shrewsbury office to take a ride on a demo. That gave her the confidence that she could use it and wouldn't be nervous with the motion while she rode it. On the day of the installation, Jesse and Gerisson showed up on time a couple of days after the blizzard of '26. They figured out parking the truck and brought it all into house. The install went as planned working clearly and quietly. They were very polite and patient giving my wife and mother detailed instructions on how to use the lift. They helped my mother get on it and had her ride it all the way up and down 14 stairs. They also explained to my mother's physical therapist how to use it. We learned about Lifeway Mobility from a friend of ours who used them for their father's chairlift. I will be sure to pass it on and recommend them to any family/friends who ask going forward!

Steve came out the day after a huge snowstorm to discuss a plan to place a wheelchair ramp on our property. He came up with a great plan so it didn't cover a lot of the yard. After sending in a deposit we were given an installation date 5 days later! Brian and Jesse worked tirelessly in the subfreezing weather all day to install the ramp. Michael in facility ops contacted me after installation when I voiced a concern and offered to move the ramp even though it wasn't their fault. This is a great company I would highly recommend and the price was about half of the quote Amramp company quoted us.

Raul was very helpful & polite. He answered all of my questions and installed our chair in a timely manner. We would be happy to work with him again. I will tell my coworkers and family how easy the estimate & installation was. Keep up the wonderful work Raul!

Very professional from start to finish of getting our stairlift. I would recommend this company.

I recently had a ramp installed. Shawn was helpful describing my options and how it would look. Zach and Dan installed the ramp. They worked efficiently to complete the project. I was impressed with short time between contacting Lifeway Mobility to completion of of the ramp.

The installer was so great. He figured out the power issue we had. We will see how they handle i forgot to give Dr. Note to get taxes taken off. I can't say enough about Luis, I only wish he had asked me if I had Dr. Note. So much going on I forgot otherwise perfect. He was pleasant and professional.

Tyson did an excellent job installing the stairlift. After installing went over and demonstrated the unit.

The sales team, CJ Barnes and Anthony Russo, were wonderful in helping me choose a stair lift and find a price that worked best for me. In Nov 2025, Ms. Barnes came to my house, was friendly, and talked to me about their stair lift options and prices. She answered all of my questions to help me decide what was best for me. Mr. Russo followed up with me about purchasing a stair lift. I had a few phone calls with him, and he was always friendly and available to address my questions. He never pressured me to make a purchase but understood my financial concerns. I had two other companies come out to take measurements and provide a quote for a stair lift, but I chose Lifeway because of the great customer service I received from Ms. Barnes and Mr. Russo. I am hopeful that my experience with the installation and, if ever needed, the repair team will be the same excellent service that I received from the sales team.
