The sales person and the installers were easy to deal with. The instaler AJ with his trainee were very detailed oriented.
Our technician John was extremely thorough and efficient on installation. He was so kind and patient with explaining and demonstrating how the stairlift worked to my 98 year old grandmother who just came home from the hospital. Great customer service, very happy!
Alex did a great job at assembling and showing me how the lift chair works. Would recommend him and the company for sure...
Alessandro was very courteous and is very knowledgeable
He was on time
He informed me how to maintain our chair lift
What a pleasant experience
Freddie C. was excellent! Took his time to explain the Bruno's festures and made the entire installation process a pleasure!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! We had a chair lift installed on Monday, February 16th, less than 24 hours later our father passed away, without ever using the unit. It’s brand new! We paid over $5000 for the unit. I called them on Tuesday afternoon, after the initial shock of our Dad dying , in the hospital, where he had been since 2/14/26, to ask them to come return the unit. They stalled me off until 2/20/26 and then offered us a $500 refund to remove it! Talk about unethical!! This is extremely poor customer service!! We all know they will turn around and sell it, again, for $4500-5000! I was fine with a restocking fee, but not I
Over $4500! It’s absolute garbage that this is how they choose to handle it! I am disgusted by their complete lack of empathy! Even car dealers allow you to return a car!
UPDATE: We had no problem with a restocking fee. The rails are not $4500! Even with the "custom" cutting of the rails, the chair lift, itself, can be resold, and we all know it! Nice try! NO ONE HAS USED THE CHAIR, except your installer!

We received excellent service from Joe Jr. on our Lifeway Mobility stairlift. He arrived on time and replaced a broken part and lubricated the stairlift. He was very pleasant and efficient. We are very pleased with the quality of his service.
Anthony Russo was awesome with following up as I had delays from my hoa. He was patient and professional. It made this process smooth so far

If you’re looking to install a curved chairlift, this is your company. I have a two-story home which I purchased eight months ago because it had this chair installed. As a mature person who had a knee injury, I was thrilled when I saw the chair and asked my husband to buy me the house. We are updating the floors, and requested they uninstall the chair for the installation. Lacie was so accommodating and technicians, Kamel and Alessandro were prompt, so careful and efficient in storing my unit in a designated area in my home. I have the beige unit and it is unobtrusive installed. Most importantly, the peace of mind it gives me in owning a two-story home is priceless. Why move to a single story home which still has thresholds that could be un manageable if hurt. This chair allows you to stay in your own home you’ve created for yourself.
Jeremiah and Joey were very courteous and on time. Great to deal with . They are very nice gentlemen in an angry world.
I received multiple emails and reminders from Lifeway. Very efficient and professional company.

From the beginning, with the visit, to the quote, through the installation, excellent service. Bruce was very thorough during the initial visit and quoting. Antoine did the installation. He went above and beyond. He was very respectful to me and my home. Antoine explained how the Stairlift worked and made sure I felt comfortable using it. He a great job installing and cleaning up.
It was a pleasure working with all the staff at Lifeway Mobility – from Rich S. (sales), to Mayelin (install coordinator), to Freddy C. & Adrian E. (installation technicians). Rich was very knowledgeable of the product best suited for my needs and easily answered all my questions. Mayelin was friendly, understanding and able to get me scheduled in a very timely manner. Freddy and Adrian were prompt, friendly, professional, and very detail oriented. They continued to test ride, and ‘tinker’ with it until they were completely satisfied everything was working perfectly. I have Freddy’s number if I have any issues. From my first call to scheduling an appointment, to the installation, the customer service was outstanding. The chair has all the features I need and I’m very happy with the Bruno Elan SRE-3050.
I am having surgery next week and will have some restrictions on my activities (like climbing stairs) for a while. I am renting a stairlift - LifeWay offers a good price and installation was easy. Now I’m ready for my post surgical recovery.
From the first phone call for an appointment with a sales rep through installation the staff was unbelievably professional, polite and so very helpful.I would recommend Lifeway to anyone looking for a solid reputable company.
Technician complained he had to travel 2 hours to get to us and came in with filthy shoes that left tracks everywhere. (Don’t your employees have booties they can wear to keep customers’ floors clean?) We presented him with the bolt that fell out of the chair & he could have cared less. He didn’t investigate it or even attempt to put it back in place from wherever it came from. Told us the beeping was caused by dusty connections - cleaned them and left us with something to do it ourselves in the future. I don’t pay a rental fee of $160 a month to maintain this lift myself, nor do I intend to do so. I believe this is only the 2nd time we’ve called for service in the 3+ years we’ve rented from you. I expect better treatment than this and would prefer a different technician in the future.
