After a long winded search to buy replacement light switches and socket lightupuk came up trumps. I ordered on 7th February and was given various choice by text for delivery. I knew I would not be home so changed via text to a local shop. I was texted with update and time of delivery and found this service excellent

I placed an order in October amd received the goods in the 2nd week of February. There was a part delivery just before Christmas but the full amount was taken from my account at the start of November. The company were not interested in contacting me amd I had to do all of the chasing. I have no faith or confidence in this company. You make your own choice but I would not consider trusting them with my money again. I will pay more from their competitors but will receive the goods promptly

Light up have gotten better over the last year with their order speed. I have ordered commercial Lighting a few times and the service has improved significantly

This is now the third time im using light up uk with not a single problem. From the item descriptions and images being accurate, to superb customer service and quick product dispatch and most importantly great quality products for cheaper than retail prices. Thanks for your help in giving our new kitchen the finishing touches it needed to look fantastic. Fantastic service and speedy delivery. Couldn't ask for more.

I ordered two lights which never arrived. When I called them to ask about the status of the order I was informed that the lights are out of stock and I should have had an email; this did not happen.
I have requested my money back, as the order was charged to my credit card straight away. When I asked how long this would take, I was told five days. So a payment is taken instantly when an order is placed, however when you ask for a refund on a product not supplied, it takes five days.
Be careful if using this company.

It takes a month and half for a bulb to arrive at my home. Really mysterious service. Don't buy from them.

Bought a lot of down lights and fittings from light up. Was unsure of what I needed. They were extremely helpful going through the different fittings. And prices were cheaper than I could find.

I was speaking to a member of staff on both a saturday and a sunday on live chat before I placed a large track lighting order. I dont find many companies open to talk over the weekend. I ordered the following monday and had a very large order delivered to site by Thursday.

I have had 6 megaman dimmable lamps from light up uk. They are extremely bright and come with a good warranty. The live chat on the site is very handy. I would most definitely recommend light up

Where's my stuff?! I was told 2-3 days for delivery, but I've been waiting over 4 weeks now, and my order is still not even in stock nor dispatched. But the same items are still being advertised and sold as 'in stock'.

This company seems to have serious issues at the moment with in stock items which they simply don't have and can't get in and dispatch within a reasonable time. I know I'm not alone so until this is sorted please do think carefully before you order or you might be in for a lengthy wait.

The customer service has been truly shocking and there have been more lies and broken promises than I can now count.
