It has been my absolute pleasure to work with Lime & Lou. Their finished art is a treasure. The picture I submitted to them was very personal and important that it be a good representation of my recently deceased brother. They attended to my specific requests and I did request a few changes. Without hesitation they fulfilled my requests. They were professional and timely with their responses. I highly recommend Lime & Lou and I am quite sure I will have other portraits done by them in the future. I am so pleased with the portrait of my brother. Thank you Lime & Lou!

I haven't received the finished product yet but my experience with Lime and Lou to date has been outstanding. My uploaded pic needed many rounds of revisions to get it just right, the customer service representatives quickly made each revision I requested very quickly and resent the proofs timely. They were courteous and understanding, I anticipate I will be thrilled with the finished product when I receive it and don't anticipate any issues. Highly recommend this company!

I purchased a portrait for my mother’s birthday. The quality of the gift was excellent, I was delighted with it. It loses out on a star because it arrived late. However to make up for this they issued a full refund. I respected them a lot for owning up to their fault and their customer service to follow. Not many businesses would be so forthcoming and would rather dodge responsibility. Fair play. My advise would be to stay on top of yere orders to avoid future consumer disappointment, especially around special occasions.

This is the perfect gift. I've been searching for the product of the high quality and now I've found it. There are so many options and I will be creating many more items. Awesome!

I ordered a Memorial Suncatcher Photo. It arrived on time, carefully packaged. It was beautifully made and high quality. I had an issue with how the image differed from the photo which I submitted. I contacted customer service. We went back and forth. Their response was quick, clear, professional and friendly. they offered different solutions, all reasonable. We reached a satisfactory agreement.

I came to LimeAndLou mostly because of the size offerings. I ordered 2 24x36 photos from our wedding for as a 6th anniversary gift for my wife and they just arrived and came out amazing. Only issue is the frame on one of the photos got damaged during transport by UPS. The ordered was delayed and they made it right with 3 different options for me, which was awesome! Other then that they earned 5 stars!

I absolutely love my personalized oil painting! It turned out beautifully, and the attention to detail is incredible. They did a fantastic job capturing the portrait and transforming it into such a special piece of art. I ordered the suncatcher for my beloved dog that passed. It seems the name was not included as it didn't save when I sent in the order. Customer service was so empathetic and quickly and efficiently solved the problem. I have a new product being mailed to me and Im very happy with the results.
