Very responsive, prompt and efficient. Wayne responded to my request quickly, checked requirements thoroughly before coming and fitted new lock efficiently and effectively. HIs charge was also reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending this service.

Wayne was able to come out within 3 hours on Christmas eve to fix a front door lock. Quick to come out, quick to install a new lock and very reasonable and good value pricing.

Contacted Linacre locksmiths late afternoon, was asked a couple of questions to clarify my requirement, 09:20 next morning Wayne arrived and both jobs we're fixed quickly and efficiently.

Wayne is a knowledgeable, professional, locksmith. He provided a very efficient service in restoring my old lock. He explained the problem clearly and the associated risks, arrived at the agreed time having travelled some distance across Norfolk to get here, and charged the price he'd quoted. The lock works well and I'll certainly go to him again if I have another problem lock.

Repaired front door lock and was able to cut extra keys. Good communication, job was completed with no problems at all.
