I found Linacre Locksmiths on the Trusted Trader list for Norwich. They went out immediately to replace a damaged lock in my tenanted flat. It was a Saturday but they did not charge a surcharge, either for coming out immediately or for the weekend. The tenants were very happy with the speed of service. They also trusted me to pay after the job was done. Excellent work - thank you!

Wayne came out to Necton within two hours of my call and did a great job at a very good price - cheaper than two other companies quotes who couldn't get here today.
No call out charge, just charged for the work done and I would totally recommend him for any lock problems you have
