Horrible customer service, they tell you if your product didn’t fit you basically have to gift it to someone else.

On checkout, the overcharged what was on the screen. Then never responded to my email asking to cancel the overcharged order.
I received the clothes and they're the worst, polyester crappy fast fashion imaginable. Do not order from here!

Not the fabric shown in advertisement. Poor quality. Terrible fit. Garbage. Took forever to arrive. Stay away from this scammer company. It's junk.

All went wrong from day one and I waited for a month. The customer service is a joke. But the worst is the quality of the goods....it is extremely poor, nothing comparable with the pictures they put up to sell. This is the best way to throw money out the window...

Horrible quality clothing. Customer Service was a total joke when I inquired (6 separate times) if my order (2 pcs) shipped together as all notifications only mentioned one item. Never got my answer despite asking 6 times. Both items were in the shipment. I wouldn't even donate these as the quality is so bad.

Dreadful, just dreadful. Against my better judgment, I ordered 2 “linen” dresses. Arrived, sizes way off not to mention to poor quality design, fabric and finish. I emailed requesting to return for refund stating the dresses did not fit, too big. Their first response was please send pictures so we can verify the issue, odd considering I did not even mention the poor quality just that they did not fit me. Did they intend me to send pics of me wearing the dresses? Eh no thanks. So I complied and sent pics of the 2 items and sku numbers. They then responded saying “
We appreciate your support and the pictures.
However, upon inspection by our warehouse, the item dispatched to you aligns with your original order.
We regret any inconvenience caused by the product not fitting.
Could you consider transferring them to another individual? As a gesture of goodwill, we propose compensation in the amount of 8 in the default currency. Will that be acceptable?”

€8 compensation instead of honouring a right to return, on the day they were delivered.
I have declined, obviously, and awaiting return details and refund. I had foolishly ordered a second time prior to receiving, I hold out no hope for quality items arriving. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Do not buy from this site! The clothes look nothing like on the picture and the fabric is terrible. Its not linnen at all.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Sent a poor quality copy of what I ordered (ordered 100% cotton, beige overalls but sent cheap polyester, yellow pants with bees all over them). “Customer service” would not authorize return even though it was their mistake and would not give refund for incorrect goods. Total scam.

I received my order if 2 dresses. They feel like wet fish and are poorly made. They said the items could be returned within 15 dayss of receipt. When I emailed them to return the items the day I received them I got a reply that they would give me a $10 credit if I would keep them. They said it would be expensive to ship them back.
I would NOT buy from this company. There items look nice on the website but they are cheap. I spent $90. It was a waste of my money

Never buy from this site. In the site it is declared that you can return the products by contacting the support line to provide the address of return. BUT when I contacted them, they have never provided me with address of return!!

This is a scam from Hong Kong - very bad quality - the style is not what is reflected in the picture.

I would give zero star if it was possible, it’s a big scam , the product is nothing close to the picture. The return coast will be almost the price of the dress, just stay away from this website

Very poor fabric quality, terrible shapes, not what they look like on photos and they don’t accept returns!

Unfortunately I placed an order before reading these reviews. The reviews do not exaggerate. The website gives no mention that they ship from outside the uk or the time to deliver. After placing the order there were regular updates and it became clear that the order was shipped from America. It took 3-4 weeks to arrive.
As others have said the quality was not as expected and also the sizing was inaccurate.
I emailed requesting return details and over the course of a lengthy exchange it was impossible to get any return info. They simply ignored this request time and time again despite the website saying it was possible to return an order. Close reading of the website did say that the return costs were the buyer's responsibility and that the original P&P would be deducted from the refund. But despite this I could not get return details. Each email offered a refund. and' keep the order' offer. Not much but started at $4 and finally as I was getting nowhere with the refund I accept $13. So in summary do not buy from these charlatans. Everything about them is 0/100. Do not be tempted.

Item arrived with big hole in it, when I contacted they refused to refund me.

Ordered a linen look dress on this site without researching it here..no email confirming purchase..no response..could not stop the payment..a scam site..AVOID.

This purchase has been a disaster!!! I bought several pieces becuase their website said i could easily return what I did not like. There have been over 10 exchanges, where they say that they offer me "a compensation" of 28 dollars (the purchase was over 250) and refuse to give the instructions for returns. They sent two identical dresses and forgot one, and they refuse to admit it even though I have sent them the pictures of the packages. I will be reporting them to the BBB and EU authorities, but this is awful. DO NOT let the pictures fool you. Their customer service is awful and you will not be able to make returns. I will continue to write but the investment in time so far has been greater than the purhase.

I have order 5 pieces and I have 2 only as per my order and the rest were wrong items with wrong sizes.

The dresses don’t match the description and photos on the app. Waaaaay poor quality and even the look.

When I got in touch with the customer service, they acted as if they have no idea about anything. I was talking apples with them and when they responded they were talking oranges. As if you are talking to an idiot who has no clue about what he is doing. Very unprofessional

Total scam. Product is cheap synthetic material, Chinese company refuses to provide a return address and offered $16 compensation on a $111 order instead.
Images on the website are not a true representation of the product you receive. Even with UK distance selling law they try to avoid giving you return information.

One star because cannot select less!
This site is a scam it seems to use computer-generated imagery (CGI) and very sleek advertisement, but the products received are of poor-quality synthetic fabric, without any labelling and do not resemble model or colour. Sizing is also a miss – in summary COMPLETELY USELSESS as garments even if you tried to use as a PJ.
The site also uses scamming tactics offering extra discounts immediately after order – I feel ashamed I did fall for it – no discount made on the second order!
Last but not least – very sluggish delivery – over 2 weeks to arrive, but I was bombarded with daily emails of “update”
