Ordered 10 dresses, 4 were correct and completly different then what was ordered. 6 dresses received which I didn't order. Received 3 times the same dress. Customer service very bad. They don't wont to send me the dresses that I ordered and offer a 15 dollar refund. Also the quality is very poor. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING THERE.

They sent my order to a city very far away from my home.
So far they are taking responsibility to get the package to me.

Absolute scam. The dress I ordered is laughably inferior to what is advertised - a completely different, far cheaper fabric, poor quality of workmanship, different design and only worthy of going straight to the dumpster. When I complain they offer to refund me $4!!! and when i refuse they offer me $6. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP - ITS A SCAM

Absolute crap. Cheap dresses for 1$ not more. Do not fall for this scam! Return policy inexistent they know why. Even paypal refundation does not work!

Never buy things from this store. They are middlemen from Chinese stores, selling cheap stuff for big money. I have never received such crap even from China.This is a scam, they don’t have anything like what you see in the picture in their store.

Absolute POOR QUALITY dress, terrible fabric most suitable for the bin. Not as advertised and do not accept returns irrespective of their policy statement. Asked for some picture proof items would you believe when they have full details at their disposal and Offered a meagre 4$ refund… email delay tactics. BUY FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE, OTHER SITES. Not even worth 1 star

I bought two dresses which looked really great on Linenne's Facebook advert. When they eventually arrived which took about three weeks I was appalled: I ordered small but the dresses were like tents, the fabric was very shoddy and the zip on the zipped dress does not work. I complained and the max 'compensation' they could offer was $24 - I paid over £100 !!
I am now the proud owner of two of the most expensive rags for cleaning . BE WARNED.

The dress I ordered was nothing like the picture and despite all the rubbish they publish about returning if not satisfied they are NOT interested.
Offered me $4 and to keep the product which I do not want and would NEVER wear.
Then offered $7 which I again refused. Now not answering emails.
I do not believe they are US based but purely use this as a shipping address .
Reporting to Facebook and I have contacted US Customs re illegal trading .

The dress is nothing like the picture. It is a polyester see through fabric that is cut vaguely like the dress in the picture but is clearly a very cheap knock off. Don’t waste your money. Also watch out if you did process a payment. Just as the payment went through as I was watching the screen the amount changed and increased by US$11. As it was then converted into AUD if I hadn’t been watching may not have noticed. Fraudulent activity aplenty!

VERY POOR QUALITY Products! The marketing photos are completely different from the reality. They say that they are selling cotton/linen/natural clothing but the material is pure polyester. And details that you might think are real (collar with some beads) are fake patterns printer on the fabric! Very disappointed with the quality and customer service that did not admit the quality issue and offered me usd 4 as a compensation. Ridiculous!

Absolute garbage company. I was duped by beautiful photos and a home page that largely said "Linen and Soft Cotton" clothing...what arrived was cheap, see-through, polyester clothing that looked like it came from Temu. Indeed the packaging was from China, though the shipping appeared to have it coming from Italy. It tooks weeks to arrive (which was fine) but not everything came in the order. They offered me a $13 refund for 3 items that totaled $131 and probably cost $45 in total from Temu. Buyer Beware.

This is a scam! Do not order, shipped items without US postage, the post office destroyed the packages due to no postage when I told them, they responded with send us more money to ship again and refused to refund my money, asked for a refund 5 times. The order was over 300.00. Lesson learned.

Outright scam. Charged for items I’ve never received, Linen/cotton outfit I did receive is in fact synthetic, complete misrepresentation. Quality of the sewing is abysmal, and when I requested a credit for the items I didn’t receive, and a return shipping label and credit of the items I would return, I was told it would be too expensive so we (Linenne) will give you a $13.00 credit. I don’t think so! BUYER BEWARE!

It took over a month to receive my order.
I’ve ordered a white linen suit and I received a black one.
It’s not linen, it’s some plastic material, low chinese quality.
Would not recommend.

Ordered one dress that looked amazing on the pictures but when I got it, it was absolutely horrible. The stitches was up and the fit was so bad I cant even explain. When I tried to do a return they said that it was not possible and that they can give me a 5 dollar refund even tho the dress cost me 50 dollars. I had a conversation with them where I sent them their return policy that was on the website but they did not answer that at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GREEDY WEBSITE!!!!!!

This company is a scam.
Cloth are advertised as linen and what you get is cheap synthetic fabric without any label.

Fits comfy and looks chill but fabric wrinkles a bit easy tho still real cute to wear out.
