I have nothing but respect for LinITX. I have used them on and off for many years and have had nothing but good service. The two orders received recently have been no exception and today I have placed another. If only all companies were as good as LinITX. The one thing I think is brilliant is that they won't accept an order for an item that is not in stock. When buying bits to build a system, there is nothing worse than placing an order only to be told an item is on 'pre-order', and LinITX's policy avoids this.

I ordered a Unifi Lite Access Point one day and it was delivered the next. Excellent service. Since Maplins have gone, this is the company to use.

I bought a Ubiquiti Camera for outdoor use. The short is:
It did not work here. UBNT in America agreed with me as the Teamviewered onto the PC.

I asked to return it and it worked back at LinItx. They returned the unit to me and that was that.

I was left to change from WIn7 to Ubuntu ( I know zippo about Ubuntu) That is called been left in the dark LinItx, Being friendly/professional alone does not cut the ice

Bought UniFi AC Lite to extend and strengthen the wifi signal around the house. I had installed a Unifi UAP a few years ago. LinITX were really helpful when I spoke to them before I bought it and explained to them what I wanted to do and what I had chosen. Then, when I got stuck a bit setting it up and linking it to the existing network, I phoned them again for advice and they were really, really helpful in talking me through what I needed to do. All working perfectly now and I'm really pleased, getting seamless WiFi coverage over the whole house. Cannot recommend LinITX enough, great guys with excellent customer support. And good prices as well!

I ordered a router from LinITX after having a pretty poor experience with another company. They were the next cheapest and much better than the first!

LinITX has good prices and very quick shipping. I ordered my first Wireless AP from them and it arrived the next day. The second one took two days, but that was over a weekend in the middle.

Their email system is verbose and gives multiple updates before the package is shipped, which is handy.

In a world where ordering online from faceless vendors, getting decent but unremarkable service is the norm, it is a hugely refreshing change to deal with a vendor who has real knowledge and fantastic communication. Totally recommended.
