Bought a mystery beauty box
Bought a mystery beauty box - full of absolute rubbish - googled the items and box worth less than I paid. Would not recommend
This is a scam! Stay away from this website!
This is a scam! I wish I read these reviews before I decided to purchase from this company. All you get is worthless garbage!!
Buyer beware! Stay away from this company!
This is such a scam business! I purchased a return clothing lot with an MSRP over $4000. According to the manifest, there would be 8 items with $300 msrp. There isn’t anything in this box over $185 and mosey are under $100. The difference in what they said and what I received is more than $1800.
They have denied my claim - evidently manifests do not matter and neither does the stated value from the seller.
They could easily value a lot at $15000 and it be worth $100…
Of course they have threatened me if I do a chargeback I will be banned it who cares? Who wants to be conned twice.
I will be doing a chargeback and have filed a complaint with the BBB.
This company is fraudulent! Stay away!
These people are criminals
These people are criminals. They are taking people's money and shipping you a box of garbage. This is a scam. Do not shop here! I wish I would have found reviews outside of the website. I am disgusted!
SCAMMERS
SCAMMERS. FRAUDULENT. DO NOT buy from this site. They grossly lie and misrepresent products. 3 separate auctions, ALL were JUNK. Expired products and missing every single decent item stated on manifests. This company does NOTHING to help buyers with recourse. Sending 30 year old makeup to people is CRAZY!!! They will not help you, they will just suspend your account. We attempted to refuse scam box #3 but cannot.....they do not put return addresses on the boxes! You can't send it back. Nothing was as pictured or stated. They will LIE, claim its filled with name brand items and then fill it with trash...and one single item of brand name. That seems to be their legal loophole. I WISH I had found all of these negative review sites....wouldn't be out a thousand dollars. AVOID.
Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. They grossly over estimate value and send you cheap Korean items worth nothing. Their dispute policy is a joke and they way over charge from freight. They are basically a huge scam operation.
DO NOT DO IT!!!
Purchased a pallet for $575 which came out to be $1100 after shipping. The pallet was valued at $15000, but was shipped open and all the valuable stuff (robot, 3-drones, a jump box and 3 action cameras), was stolen off the top. I ended up with a pallet full of little girls socks, masks, and about 10 Halloween costumes. Claim was denied because not enough merchandise was missing.
Got a lot of useless trinkets
Got a lot of useless trinkets. Not everything in the pictures that I thought I was bidding on was in the box. Very misleading. I won't be back. I should've looked at the reviews before I tried this. Buyer beware.

Be aware of the risk of mystery lots
I purchased a mystery lot from liquidation.com, seller was surplus and returns out of Clifton, NJ. The auction said this was a 40 item lot weighing 40lbs which was undeliverable, returns and the like, which were unopened and random. This appears to be a misrepresentation. I took a video of me opening the packages contained within the large box which was shipped to me and there were not only what appeared to be previously opened packages but a possibly doctored set of contents. I received 5 packages all with the same Monsters, INC foldable popcorn boxes. There were two boxes with a random metal clip of the same type. Two boxes had the same metal bracket of the same type. Two packages had the same hip exerciser. How could that possibly be from a statistical perspective? I highly suspect these had been opened and stuffed with worthless items.
No Accountability On This Website
I’ve bought a few makeup lots from this site, they were mediocre at best. The last order I placed was from a vendor called Top Cosmetics, and they are everything except top cosmetics. I took a chance on a salvage box, which in terms of makeup could mean expired products, items outside of its original packaging, etc. Those things I was prepared for, what I received I was totally not prepared for. The lot was for an 1800 piece box. What I received was about 50 individual hand wipes, 20 cheap grocery bags, grocery store plastic bag filled with about 200 plastic knives…you read that correctly, plastic knives! The ONLY cosmetic related items I received was a bag of false nails, and ONE grocery story bag of random lips sticks and nail polishes. This was not near 1800 pieces. I did a dispute and was denied a refund. If you go on this site, be prepared to bid what you can afford to lose. And definitely stay away from ALL of their health and beauty lots, there is no accountability for their vendors have been completely bogus at best, receiving random items that have absolutely nothing to do with cosmetics.

Absolutely Horrible Experience – I’m Out $1,500 and Left With Nothing But Trash
I wanted to believe in this company, but after spending nearly $1,500, I’m walking away feeling completely scammed. Not only was one of my packages never delivered, another was marked undeliverable and lost, and what I did receive was nothing short of a joke.
I was sent a bundle of cheap dollar-store level dresses, teddy bears, and dog collars — absolutely not what was described. Then came a pallet of clothing where every single item was marked down to $2 or $3, mostly out-of-season Christmas pajamas for kids. This is July, by the way.
What’s worse than the product? The customer service. They are completely unresponsive and seem to care nothing about the people purchasing from them. I came in ready to spend thousands with this company, but after this experience, I’m done — and I strongly urge others to stay away.
I have two more pallets on the way and honestly, I’m dreading what’s coming next.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. They do not stand behind their listings, they do not support their buyers, and they certainly do not deserve your business.
Weight: 35.0 LBS price $300…
Weight: 35.0 LBS price $300 undeliverable wholesale mail. I received one bright red very large womens heels in only the shoe box, 2 - 7 pound each, cat litter in a box that didn't look like the rest. I received 2 shirts, 1 winter wool beige, 1 pack of paper, 2 books, 1 lock, 1 pair of sweats large men, 1 pair of jeans, ointment, and a small stuffed animal. I'll be lucky to sell the above for $100
A zero star experience.
I would have rated them with zero stars if I could have done so. I purchased a pallet of "Luxury Department Store Shoes" that was titled "Returns." What I received were sneakers that had chewed up soles and one pair that had what appeared to be the remains of dog feces ground into the sole. The lot should have clearly been deemed salvage, not returns. I received the lot on May 14 and immediately filed a dispute, providing photo evidence of the poor quality of what I received; which was denied today.
Avoid liquidation.com at all cost
All I can say is steer clear of this terrible company. Wasted quite a bit of money and time trying to buy so called “liquidation deals from them” the people they let sell on their platform are mostly scammers BEWARE!!
Cheap Junk, No Brands, and No Help
I’m a college student trying to start a little side hustle flipping clothes online. I saved up and spent $500 on a bulk lot of 1000 Women's clothes from Liquidation.com. The listing claimed name-brand apparel and great resale value, so I figured it would be a smart investment. What I got instead was a total disappointment—cheap off-brand shirts with stains, stretched-out leggings, and a couple of mismatched shoes.
Not a single recognizable brand, nothing remotely like what people claimed in reviews or what was pictured. It honestly felt like someone just threw in stuff from a thrift store clearance bin. I reached out to customer support and got zero help—they basically said it’s “as-is” and ignored me. I was trying to do something productive, but this was beyond disappointing.
Liquidation.com Declined Legit Dispute
I purchased a lot from Liquidation.com that was advertised with a 2% variance allowance, which is reasonable. However, when the shipment arrived, I was shocked to find over 35 damaged items out of just 94 total—that’s nearly 40%, not 2%. Many of the items were non-functional, broken, or completely unusable, even though the auction description implied they were in better condition.
I filed a dispute with clear documentation and photos, but Liquidation.com declined it without a meaningful explanation. Their response felt like a canned message and didn’t address any of the evidence I provided.
Because they refused to honor their own terms, I was forced to file a chargeback through my credit card company. This is not how business should be done.
Warning to other buyers: There’s no real seller review system on this platform, and the “Buyer Protection” policy is more of a suggestion than a guarantee. Be extremely cautious—you’re taking a big risk when buying here.
It's a fundamentally dishonest company
It's a fundamentally dishonest company, not at all trustworthy, I won a share of 33 iPhones and I received 26 completely blocked. and 19 others completely damaged. they are not at all recommendable.
Be careful bidding at Liquidation.com
I bid on (2) i15 pro max phones (not an iPhone product) and won the bid from Liquidation.com When the box (from Izzy sales) shows up there was only 1 phone enclosed. I open up a dispute and sent them everything they could possibly want... then I get a request for a video so they could see it better, I send them a video and rec'd confirmation after I sent it. Today I get email saying my dispute was denied because I did not send in additional video when requested. This is the biggest bunch of bullshit that I have ever heard. The only thing that I did not send them was a picture of the 2nd phone and that's because I never received the damn thing. Those people who mailed my order to me from "Izzy Sales" must not be able to count to 2. Shame on you people, when you short somebody on their purchase... you are stealing from them and when you steal from people, well that makes you a thief!
It's simple, I ordered and paid for 2 phones and only received one...I don't believe that dispute staff can even count to 2 either. They need to be fired and replaced with people that does an honest job for honest pay.
Don't bid on any phones or purses from liquidation.com because you will likely regret it.
This should be illegal
They advertised a pallet auction for a Blackstone grill. I bid on the grill and one including 12 other items. I drove an hour+ to pick up our pallet and back only to realize that it was a whole load to the dump. The Blackstone grill box was full of peanuts and garbage. Every single additional item was gross, broken, not what was described, and from someone’s grandmother’s attic. This is absolutely the worst experience when we were just trying to have a little fun. When do the items were potentially used and returned items? We thought we would at least get something good or be able to clean something up but now we need to pay for a trip to the dump. This should be illegal to falsely advertise and collect money for it only to give empty boxes.
