Ridiculous policy…

I am vegan, so I ordered a plain pizza with sauce only…no cheese, no toppings. Just crust and sauce. I wanted to add vegan cheese and pepperoni at home. A pepperoni pizza is $6.49. My pizza that excluded the two most expensive ingredients (meat and cheese) was $8.99. I asked why would it cost $2.50 more to get a pizza with no cheese or pepperoni, and I was told my crust and sauce pizza was a “specialty pizza.” That’s absurd! To make matters worse, the sauce was way too sweet, and they cut it completely unevenly. How hard is it to cut a pizza at least somewhat even?

Incompetent child working there

I called and placed an order they told me it would be 30 minutes I went to pick it up 30 minutes later sat at the drive-thru window while a child couldn't figure out what she was doing after 3 minutes she took my money came back a minute later and told me my pizza wasn't even in the oven yet and asked if I wanted to wait I told her no.... I had paid for the pizza then she couldn't figure out how to give me a refund so after 10 minutes of waiting I finally got my money back and now I won't go back there it happens every time I go there... Almost every time I do go there my pizza is screwed up anyways so I know I won't be going back now

Absolutely the worst

Absolutely the worst, not only did they make the wrong pizza, it tasted horrible. When I called to tell them, got nothing but attitude. This was their last chance, definitely won't shop there or any other locations.

Went through the drive-through and…

Went through the drive-through and ordered a pizza. They told me it would be 15 minutes, so I waited on the pizza pull back to the window. They handed me the pizza I went home. It was the wrong pizza called them on the phone and told him they made a mistake, but they still made me wait after I got back to the store for them to fix the pizza and the manager was a jerk.

I love Little Caesar’s but lately the App has gone to hell.
I had my credit card on their app. Now it doesn’t take the card. I called and it connected me with someone who did not speak or understood English
It’s a mess and I will no longer order from them.

Little Caesars application on Play Store or App Store

Little Caesars has an application if you decide you're going to order through it prepare if your order gets wrong to never see your money again. First time I ordered off the app they offered a great delivery deal which of course will be third party through doordash and then I get the wrong food I've spoken with customer service five times in 20 days and every time they try to defer to doordash when Little Caesars is on my credit card statement and I ordered it through the Little Caesars app so if you like Little Caesars just go into the store it's your waste your time any other way it's like a vacuum and it will just continue to suck and suck from you and tell you just get tired and feel like burning money

I ordered 2 supreme pizzas WORST PIZZAS EVER!!

I ordered 2 supreme pizzas, asked for them to exchange the pepperoni for pineapple. When I got the pizzas home... they did not look like the pictures of what a supreme pizza looIks like.. not even close. What toppings that they put on the pizza were in the middle of the pizza. 3" all the way around the pizza had NO toppings of any kind on there. These were by far the Worst pizzas I have even received. This came from the Paducah Ky location. Im now convinced that I will only ever purchase my pizzas from Dominos from now on and will never buy a little caesars pizza again.

Today is the 2nd day that my order was horrible. The crust was raw even after I asked for the pizza to be run in the oven twice. I'm assuming that the new workers don't understand how to run the ovens because my order was terrible both days, yesterday and again today. Un eatible both days. Never going back again under this managaement.

Management accountability

I placed and order for delivery and I only received 2 out of 5 items. I just wanted my food delivered. The supervisor at little Caesars on IN 933 in South Bend, IN, and the doordash supervisor did nothing but blame each other and refused to deliver the rest of my food. She was very unprofessional and did absolutely nothing to make sure my order was correct. Of course my account was charged for this already and a refund will take up to 7 days SO IM GLAD YOU TAKE PRIDE IN YOUR TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! No accountability or apology AT ALL!!!

Worst experience EVER

I went to Little Caesars in Humble, Tx. The second time l’ve been to this location and l was told my pizza would be ready in 10 minutes, the cashier and Manager the only two people in the store, the manager received a message that her employee was just killed, l apologized for the death. Business must go on four people inside the store and one in the drive through. No apology for the wait. My pizza was hard and burnt.

I ordered 2 supreme pizzas and got one ham and one bacon pizza. Manager wouldn't do anything about it at all. I ordered 2 more, and that time I got supreme, but it was so doughy I couldn't eat it. Horrible pizza and horrible management. I will never order from the one on cottage ever again.

I know that one review won't change a business, however, it may get someone's attention to where a boss might have a sit down with the employees. I've been to the 14th st location a few times now. I live right up the road so why not? Every time I've gone there, my order has been taken wrong, employees have had terrible attitudes, or I've had to go back because something was forgotten by the employee(s). I've tried to give the benefit of the doubt and look past these mistakes, but sheer stupidity is my breaking point. Putting the wrong name on my order then looking at me like I'm stupid just doesn't cut it. This has brought me to make the decision of choosing another franchise for all of my pizza needs. Whether it be pizza hut or domino's, (and I prefer the latter while my husband likes the first of the 2) tonight's experience made this decision a very easy one for me. I know that working in a pizza place isn't rocket science, but there should still be some modicum of professionalism and a minute amount of intelligence no matter where you're working. Thank you for your time and for reading this comment. (Example of tonight's mistake- 1 order of cheesey bread turned into 2- a deep dish was ordered and they put in as a custom round hand tossed and then the wrong name on the order) and if I could give no stars, I would.
