I made a purchase at this store today. My soda was flat and I attempted to return it.
But your worker was extremely rude and refused to let me exchange it. She took my soda and shook It up and stated that it had bubbles. And that she couldn't do any about it. I stated that that I purchased a flat soda here once before and one of the guys that worked there let me exchange it with no problems. She stated that he shouldn't have let me do that. I ask her why she had an attitude and she walked off. I asked for the corporate office number and she refused to give it to me. I also had to ask her name several times before she answered me. She said that her name was "BECKY". I later looked at my receipt and it said BRENDA F. So I'm assuming that she gave me the wrong name.
She was extremely rude for no reason. And she had been very short with me from the beginning of my purchase.
She was very unprofessional.

If you're a pizza lover who likes a little flair and are looking for a pizza that is a step up i recommend the pretzel crust pizza.
This pizza holds a couple different cheese. There's your standard mozzarella but there is a yellow cheese sauce that adds to the delicious unusual delightful flavor!
The pizza has extra pepperoni and the outter edge of the pie has the pretzel crust loaded down with a tastey ring of rock salt.
Little caesars always offers pizza at an affordable price and your pizza is always served fresh from the oven!

If I could give a zero, I would. For the third time in a row they delivered the wrong pizza. Little ceasars blames door dash. Door dash blames little ceasars. In the mean time I paid a delivery fee, a service fee and a tip. I will NEVER order from them again. EVER.

I had a problem with food i ordered at Little Caesars Pizza on Starr but i talked to a manager who was very nice and trying to make things right with a customer so thank you for reaching out.

So, little Caesars on Yale near admiraI in Tulsa Oklahoma. I was going to order 2 pepperoni and one meat lovers but unfortunately the girl taking my order in the Drive-Thru did not know how to speak english. When I said meat lovers, she replied "pepperoni?." I really didn't want to make her feel bad or embarrassed so I didn't ask for someone else to take my order, I just said yes 2 Pepperoni's. 😆 The pizza was horrible, 🤮 it tasted a day old.. I ate it because it was 4:00 p.m. and the first time I had anything to eat that day, I was HUNGRY but the thought of it 🤮 I don't know if it's just me, but I've noticed in the last 5 years or so Little Caesars has been getting really bad... 😔

Little Caesars is very good, but they should offer the lunch special all day everyday.

I’ve noticed that when I visit Little Caesars in Zacatecoluca, El Salvador, around 6:30 PM, they often tell me they have no pizzas left for the day. It seems like they stop baking pizzas around 6:00 PM, which is frustrating for customers expecting service during business hours. What’s even more disappointing is the lack of empathy from the staff, they don’t offer an apology or any explanation. I believe a business should prioritize customer experience by providing a courteous service. The pizzeria closes at 7:30 PM.

Went inside to place my pizza order. In Las Vegas, New Mex. Only 2 young man working. I noticed neither one had gloves on. I should of asked for my money back. Instead I took the pizza home, and put it the trash. I live 30 miles away.

Did an online order today order# 927 through website for two large pizzas for 8 people visitors and received only one large pizza. Delivery guy or store did not deliver the other box. Do have the photo sent to me through message from driver named Scott showing one pizza. Called the customer service number displayed online 800-711-2604 and lady answered and stated nothing she can do to help me with online orders. So why answer the phone? Why work there if there is nothing you can do to get my pizza box that the store failed to deliver? At the end of the phone call with lady, she gave me the impression to never do online orders again from Little Ceasars since there will be no help at all if the situation were to happen again?! I would take her advice, and not do any online ordering again from this vendor. Thank you for robbing my money Little Ceasars! thank you! The least I should have received was the other box missing delivered to me today from vendor asap. Should not matter if it was an online order not! It is close by in my area. What is the issue in that? Don’t assume because it’s an online order you can’t honor that to customers instead of having them re-order again online and having to pay for tip again, service fees, city fees, state fees, and delivery fees plus tax lol cmon man?? How does that makes sense to you having the customer pay all these fees again for something your store failed to deliver ?? It’s not the customers fault. Never ordering again online from this store. Will leave another review in other websites as well tonight. This is wrong. Lack of customer service and lack of caring. No help. Therefore no customer either. No longer.

We have ordered pizza from lil ceasars every Friday for months. We order for smackdown wwe night. The wooster burbank rd store. There is always something wrong in the order. Wrong toppings, or we get no sauce that I order Xtra or the pizza burnt. I never complain never call in. Last night was enough. I had wrong pizza no crazy bread that i paid for and ordeted.but 6 sauces. My one pizza was right cheese only the other was burnt and wrong toppings. We ordered the cupcakes herb garlic pizza snd they gv us 3 in a bag by Time home they were soggy lime mush snd stuck in the bag. We'd had to eat the bag and all if we are them. I called and immediately the lady wouldn't let me talk she kept repeating her story that she checks every order and her kids do not distribute the pizza thru portals only her.
I did get mad cause all she cared about was she was right ! The order was right ! She checked it. Well this was my husband's dinner b4 he went to work. The 1 pizza that was wrong and Burnt. SO YES I WAS MAD AND HER TRYING TO PROVE SHE WAS RIGHT YEA I GOT MAD. 1ST OF ALL I DROVE 20 MIN AWAY FOR THIS ORDER FOR IT NOT TO BE RIGGT TO PAY 40$ FOR OUR DINNER 1 IT WAS 15 MIN LATE GETTING IT TO US. I HAVE SCREEN SHOT OF PICK UP TIME AND ALL THE FOOD. I ALSO RECORDED THE CONVERSATION ON THE PHONE. THIS LADY THEN 45 MIN LATER LOOKS UP MY HUSBANDS ORDER CALLS HIM AT WORK TO LIKE TATYLE ON ME. ALSO LIED SND SAID I CUSSED OUT A TEENAGE GIRL. . WHICH IS HARASSMENT.
SHE WENT IUR HER WAY TO CALL. HIM. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE ORDER AND I WILL TELL FSMILY AND FRIENDS ALSO ABOUT OUR EXPERIENCE.........BUYERS BEWARE

I ordered a 2 pizzas online as a guest. I clicked on 4022 N. Oracle rd. My order never went through but it said my order was ready at a different address! They said they moved from 4103 N. Oracle rd Tucson Arizona. Please someone fix this.

Talking to the person that answered the phone sounded like he was high and sleepy and just didn't care about anything but getting off the phone. Forgot to bring the only reason I ordered from them in the 1st place, my 2 litre. Last time for me at this shit shack.

I didn't even order. I went through the drive thru and no one came to the window. I guess both employees were on break at the same time.

The best little caesars around. They gave my boy aaron his pizza he loves the pepperoni pizza. It is the besy pizza according to Aaron He enjoyed the pizza very much.

They can never get my order right . Pizza are always so greasy to much sauce not enough cheese . Italian cheese bread 2 times now no seasoning, and nothing gets done about it. They finally proved to me they don't care about all customers. I will go get better and cheaper pizza at speedway

Store on St Charles Rock Rd. St John MO. Pizza was doughy. Should have let it cook completely. The crazy puffs were drowning in the the garlic sauce. Will not be back! Actually drained 2 of them!
