This is actually the second time I said I would never go back. I ordered online for pickup from the 14th St Store Bradenton Florida. It's right across the street from my home. The online app allows you to track it's progress so you allegedly know when it is ready. App said it would be 15 minutes. Waited 30 with no updates. went across the street to ask for a refund. In some eligible language employee brought out a pizza, not mine. took me another 20 minutes to explain REFUND. Similar situation last time I dealt with them crappy customer service crappy online app. It's like ya walked across the street into a foreign country.

After my initial review last July, we decided to try LC again to see if anything has changed. The answer...NOPE! The LC located on Danville Rd. in Decatur, AL once again did a terrible job with the pepperoni pizza we ordered. We may have just as well ordered a cheese pizza, because the amount of pepperoni on it was almost non-existent. So as the title of this review indicates, bye-bye LC. We'll go elsewhere for our pizza from now on.

They treat veterans terrible. They say they get a free lunch combo on veterans day and then tell them they are all gone! Not even an "Im sorry."

Very cheap compared to Dominos, Pizza Hut, and Papa Jones while still having the same quality and mass.(While I was in US

I place an order online at 6:04 p.m. said it would be ready from between 6:30 and 6:35. I got to the restaurant at 6:35 and was told to wait about another 10 to 15 minutes. I'm an hour later and they're telling me another 15 minutes. That's the way to run a business. People walking in off the street getting their orders before people that ordered online doesn't make sense to me.

Stay away from south church st Burlington nc store the store is nasty and the staff act like they are at the club never again.

Once again tried to contact on the same refund and was told yes it would be 7 to 10 days. This is third time mind you for order placed on 10/1/23. They never refunded me. Not that I would use the app again at least give me a $25 gift card to make up the difference. Something, I can't give them a zero. They sent it to"Jackie"at wrong address.

I ordered on their Little Caesar’s App and yes DoorDash delivered but it was fast, hot and delicious! Everything I hoped for after reading the bad reviews. The thing is most people with a great experience don’t leave a review. The bad reviews almost stopped me from ordering. I am happy that I gave them a shot!

I ordered delivery and after a few minutes, my order got cancelled by the store. After many days and two unanswered messages to customer service, I am still waiting for the refund. Terrible.

Littke ceasars hires illiterate door dash drivers, two people show up in a car, they walk into the back yard because a 6 ft wide gate is open 50 feet from the front door. Contactless delivery means no phone calls and not to knock on my door, they do both because the drivers for little ceasars are illiterate morons.
Ceasars should switch to paid employee drivers, with service like this someone will get shot on property when they are not where they are supposed to be delivering.
And I have deleted the app and switched to dominos. At least they follow instructions.

I mistakingly sent the wrong review to Maple Heights Little Caesars instead of The Garfield Heights Ohio Store. I made a complaint i thought with the garfield heights store and it went to maple heights. Maple height store corrected the issue i had even though it wasnt their issue. The manager went well far above and beyond his duty. He actually saved your business as a customer for us. I just deleted the phone message and cant remember the exact date.

I ordered the extramostbested pepperoni pizza, I like the crust better its a little thicker than the original round. Instead of making a fresh pizza that I ordered, they gave me an old original round to me, it was cold and hard a a rock, which I know it was sitting for a while. They should be fired for pulling a fast one on me. Not only did they give me and old pizza they charged me more money. Shame on Little Ceasers.

Lousy service. The cashier couldn't understand me, and I wasn't amused, either. I took my carry out home, opened it, and it was cut wrong. On the app, there's no where to specify. That's why I went in person. So I called, and a girl answered, then ghosted me, then some boy whom I could barely u derstand, then Walter. After I explained what happened, all he said was for me to bring it back and they'd replace it. REALLY? It's a carryout; I didn't want to go back out. HE REFUSED TO MAKE IT RIGHT BY THE CUSTOMER.

So I had to explain to a 9 yr old why the pizza wasn't cut the way he liked. And I had to explain that Little Ceasars didn't care; they got their dime.

Ordered a calzony. The presentation was nothing remotely similar to the picture on the menu. Not only was it poorly made but the cardboard pizza box was soaked in grease which in turn soaked the back seat of the car. It also soaked the runner on my island and stained the surface. Disappointed BIG TIME!!!

I visited 735 Fulton st sw Little Caesar’s and recieved cold- undone- greasy buttery breadsticks! While order was being done my cashier went to kitchen area and I overheard conversation where someone unseen asked her what she was doing n she said she was getting breadsticks- my breadsticks- only thing I ordered! Cold ass breadsticks that were inedible! This is the 2nd time I have stepped foot in this place where things were awful and customer service was ridiculously off. First time was when I observed a cook peel off a bloody bandaid near the oven and roll it into a ball w both his hands and toss it into trash then reach for food he was preparing without washing his hands. When I asked the cashier to ask him to wash his hands he refused to ask him. Unsure of what to do I waited-45 minutes for cold ass breadsticks!!! Someone needs to shut this one down!! It’s disgusting and customer service is abysmal

Me and my patient came in today and received awesome service. There was 3 people running the whole store John Lyndsey and Shae the assistant manager. They were very courteous and quick service with a smile on their faces I recommend anyone to buy from the Catlettsburg Ky store it’s the greatest. The new assistant manager knows wha she is doing

I actually don't know why it has such a bad rep. Maybe it's just me, or the one little ceasers pizzza that I have tried, but the point is this, when I tried in a country I visited for the first time, and frankly I don't even remember which ciuntry it was in yet, because it was quite some time ago. I don't know, it felt fine to me. Just a regular pizza with a crispy crust, decent dogh, good sauce, okay-ish ingredients. Sure, why not? I'd give it 3 to 4 star rating.

My son is here visiting and texted me to ask if I would pick up some crazy bread at Little Caesars in Rancho. I said, of course, but when I got there, there was NO menu anywhere, and nothing that said anything about crazy bread. The counter guy could tell that I had never been there - and when I asked if they had Crazy bread, he said sure and pulled two out of the warmer. I still had no idea what they were, or how much they were!! I guess this place is only for younger people who do everything online, but as a 75 yr old, I was less than impressed!! It turns out that my son wanted STUFFED crazy bread, but there was no menu or way to see what was even offered. Had I seen it, I would have asked if there was more than one, and i would have thought that the counter guy might have mentioned it since he could tell that I had never been there. I mean, how hard could it be to have a menu and prices that people can see?? Old people eat too you know!! Instead of finding a new place to get food, I found one that I will never go to again!! I wrote in the same day, and that was two weeks ago. I still have not had any answer or apology or even a message that someone saw the review.

Nicole Tipler from Oxford, Mississippi did an awesome job taking my order today and I noticed she handled herself well with other customers who were impatient. SHE DESERVES A RAISE!

I went to Li'l Ceasers store 009 on 5400 S and 4000 W Mon night the 31st of July, I have never been treated worse in my life, I ordered 3 pizza's and 2 bread sticks and paid with my CC 27 MIN LATER THEY told me my card did not go through, I pulled up my account on line and showed the manager it posted to my account and deducted it from my balance. The manager on duty was the most ignorant manager I have ever dealt with, needless to say I left Li'l Ceasers with no food and $33.93 less in my account then I had when I walked in.
