Bad customer service.

Made an advanced pre-paid order on line. When I arrived 15 minutes after may order should have been made, I was told my order had not been started. I asked for a refund and the name and number of the store’s manager. I was told they could not give out that information. As a business, why would they not give out that information?

I ordered online back on May 27th

I ordered online back on May 27th. The order was cancelled by the store without an explanation. They claimed that a refund was issued. I have yet to receive the refund and it's now July 27th. I called on June 20th was advised it was escalated. Guess what? I called just now & was advised that my cases is marked as resolved. My question to little Ceasar, where is the refund if it is resolved?????

Doubtful I will be a returning customer

This is my first time ordering online. When I arrived inside the shop, their instructions on my phone stated that they were just boxing it up. I see the "portals", see people's names come up, see the pizza in there (not a lot though) and I waited and waited and waited for my name. I did not know they would be sending me more emails; I kept looking at my phone for an update since the original instructions said it would be in the portal. I had my code and everything. Finally, after 20 minutes of waiting, my phone updates that it couldn't go in the portal so I need to go to the window. What!!! There was a line of about 12 people! They took forever to find it since it was filed under my first name and I was giving them my last name. If it had been in the portal I would have recognized either and used the code they gave me. Terrible! Plus the thin crust pizza is nothing to brag about. Doubtful I'll be back even though their prices are good. That was an hour I'll never get back.

I ordered 4 large pizzas (almost $50)

I ordered 4 large pizzas (almost $50). An hour later I received a message that said my pizza was delivered. I didn't receive it because it was delivered to my neighbors. I called and they said they could give me a refund in 7 to 10 business days. Very disappointed.

So much for quality service.

The service we got at the Marshall location was beyond awful. Two awful experiences in one week. One where I had to wait 20 minutes for a simple order of Crazy Bread and the other where two girls were laughing at jokes that weren't even funny. We ordered online for the items. Once we reached the place, the idiot just took our order out of the pizza portal and gave them to someone else. We tried to wave our hands to get their attention, but they were too busy talking to whoever was on the phone. This Karen doesn't know the meaning of the word patience. Five minutes later, we finally got the order we asked for and the two employees acted like nothing happened. The Crazy Bread and Italian cheese bread were fine, but the overall experience isn't good as long as the service isn't good. I will not be coming back until some sort of apology or compensation is given. Thanks for the quality service, Little Hyenas.

Saw their new ad on the thin-crust…

Saw their new ad on the thin-crust pizza. Tired it and yep I liked it. Usually get PaPaMurphy's thin crust but this one is a winner. I hope they keep it on the menu. Kinda quit them some time ago but back now.

The delivery service is a RIP OFF the driver shows in the store in the app for hours and is never there. Then after 40 minutes of waiting I called to cancel they said they couldn’t give my money back. We shall see!!

Worst customer services ever!

I placed an order back in 5/31/23 transaction # 227485530 we received our order and was disappointed because our pizza was smashed and toppings came off. We contacted there customer services 3 times all we got it was being escalated. All there processing services are so slow nothing gets done. We're so frustrated with this company I'm pretty sure we're not gonna order nor recommend this place to anyone. Horrible services over all!

I went to Little Ceasars in Whiting

I went to Little Ceasars in Whiting, Indiana today and purchased two items: A pretzel crust and three meat pizza. About 15 minutes after the order was placed, staff informed me that they made a mistake on the pretzel crust pizza, so it would be about another 10 minutes' wait to complete the order. Okay, fine. I wasn't pressed for time, so this was not a big deal. I finally received my order after waiting half an hour, and the manager gave me a complementary pepperoni pizza and breadsticks for the inconvenience. When I got home to enjoy the meal, I was extremely disappointed with the poor quality of it. The pizzas from the original order were overcooked; and someone had taken a bite out of the complementary breadsticks. What is going on at Little Ceasars pizza? The staff is a "rotating door" of employees. I never see the same people working at this location from one visit to the next one. Is it that difficult to hold on to decent help? I will NOT be returning to the restaurant.

For many years we have placed a special order with triple pepperoni, even after you changed your billing system .. it’s always been completed with no problem. June 15/2023 we go to place the same order only to be told “ we don’t do triple pepperoni “ and we were absolutely refused by the person answering the phone. When I went to the outlet the same night ( 10 minutes later) I brought this up and stein was told we don’t do triple pepperoni . I advised we’ve been doing this for years. No apologies nothing. Won’t be ordering from you guys anymore. Place of business southland drive Calgary Alberta.

I ordered from the one on Victory Dr. & Skidaway Rd. in Savannah Ga. The food itself was good but they need sticker to keep the food closed until the customer receives it and the door dash driver had an attitude and I don't appreciate that when I'm spending my money! His name was George F., not sure if u can do anything but I just wanted u to know!

Hot and not cooked

Very disappointed with LC. The pizza is never cooked no matter what location I've ordered from. Tried a new location this weekend, asked for well-done, but the pizza was doughy. It even said well-done on receipt. Paid for crazy sauce, didn't get it. Called about that, sure I could have driven another 20 min to get that. No thanks. Never going back.

University location in Wilmington

University location in Wilmington, NC (University Drive). Very rude lunchtime staff, no greeting and seemed I, the customer, was bothering them.
The entire place is dirty starting with trash in the parking area to when you walk in. The floors look filthy like they've never been swept/mopped. The "employees" had street clothes on so who knows who they were actually. It didn't feel safe in there with their bad attitudes and left us feeling like the food was going to be tainted/subpar so we left.
For the franchise owner, if you took the time to install cameras, watch them. You will see why all your profit is walking out the door and sales revenue is low. Read reviews too, unhappy customers start noticing everything once they see one thing is out of order. Surprise sanitation visits may come so don't be caught off guard as to why.
Little Caesar's Headquarters- please contact me for more detailed information and in the meantime, I will contact you by several means.

“Hot and ready” pizzas never hot and ready. 🙄 Last visit there was no cheese pizzas. On the latest visit tonight, they said they ONLY had cheese pizzas for the night - no other options - AND - NO CRAZY BREAD. Like none. Not that you could even wait for. Terrible.

on behalf of my family and with supervision, my 14 years old minor called to order pizza from Little Pizza for family. As we have the intake caller on the speaker my kid asked for medium cheez pizza. He was coded $ 15.00 and change. The business call intake new he is a minor but with his father listening. We went to location in Chatsworth, CA.91335

I asked about the price and they told us is was around $7 and change.
The company intake person not only try to defraud us but was rude, racist and hung up prematurely.
I as the minor father am filing this complaint and will file complaint with
California Department of justice for intentional consumer fraud and child abuse.
I told my kids to contact their friends, go to social media and raise this fraudulent and child abuse activity made by someone representing the value of Little Pizza and their intention defrauding consumer. People must know bad guys especially in the time of high prices, unemployment, frustration, homelessness, difficulty to make the end and more.
We do not stop to spread this message to any and everyone.

We hope business like Little Pizza that we had a very bad experience get government intention and soon go out of business.

Ordered their Pretzel Crust Pizza at a…

Ordered their Pretzel Crust Pizza at a local location. It was NO WHERE NEAR what was pictured in the ads. It was super greasy, badly overcooked, the pepperoni was stacked on top of each other instead of evenly spaced and was way over cooked.

Lastly, the pretzel crust was FILLED with salt! I left feedback with their "customer service, BUT no answer after a week.

I will never eat there again!
