Ordered a pouch through a promotion and it never arrived. It has been over a month. I contacted little Freddie and gave them my details, however they said there was nothing they could do as the promotion had ended. Not really good enough as if something is “lost in the post” as they say, I would expect it to be replaced by them. Additionally, I was told by another company that the promotion had not ended so little Freddie lied. If you are going to do any promotion then a little advice… make a note of orders and details then provide customers information to follow up rather than being unhelpful. Considering this, I would not buy these products again since they never came

Keep trying to remove myself from the mailing list but they have retained my details as I still receive promotional emails.

Fantastic food my little boy is loving trying out all the different flavour combinations. Would highly recommend. Brilliant that it's easy to post back to recycle. I order on line and fast delivery. If you haven't yet give them ago .

Susanna, nine months, loves these pouches and we like knowing that they are as nutritious as they are delicious. They are the only pouches that we could see ourselves enjoying if needs be, especially the lasagne!

My 7 months love little Freddy , you can see and taste the difference for yourself !
My little one have a multiplay allergies and little Freddy offer good quality protein without not needed additives .
Also when you buy direct from the website the food comes with a nice packeting , personal message and sample for something new to try !
Also they send you a pack which you can send they your empty pouches which is good for the environment !

Our children love the flavours. The service has been fantastic. Quick delivery and to top it off you can recycle the pouches by putting them in the bags they supply and post back to them! I would highly recommend and will be ordering from them regularly from here on in

Amazing company, great customer service, quick delivery, very clear and easy to use website and fantastic packaged baby food with organic ingredients. Haven't tried all the flavours I purchased yet, but the ones my baby has tried get a thumbs up.

Really excellent stuff, good service recycle the packaging, but the best thing is our 6-month-old loves the food.

I seldom write reviews but I feel this really deserves praise. Their products are all yummy, not to mention, packed full of nutrients. And organic too! My little one approves! But what really set them apart is their customer service. I ordered an item that wasn’t available and when they’ve sent my order, they had a hand-written note to apologise for it and had also threw in some freebies. What a nice touch! I’m certainly a happy customer and will be ordering again and again!
