Worst haircut I’ve ever had
I haven’t had the “get in the car and start crying” experience with a haircut before I went here. Absolutely awful experience from start to finish.
My first time here and I felt so incredibly rushed. I had photos of what I wanted and told her that and she didn’t bother looking at them. I asked for face framing to be done and said at mouth height so when I blow dry it it’ll sit on my cheekbones, she didn’t bother looking and did one big swoop down my hair with the scissors and cut it WAY too high! The framing began at my eyebrows! I now involuntarily had bangs! I knew immediately it was too short, but when one side is done I just had to let her do the other side. There was no clean up, no straightening out, no comparing with the other side to make sure they were the same length (they weren’t). I have social anxiety and just wanted to get out of there, so let her finish, paid and left. I regret paying, I’ve never been so dissatisfied with a haircut. I cried for hours, especially as I was a bridesmaid in 2 days and it ruined my hair. I went to a different hairdressers to fix it and they evened out the both sides the best they could, but even they said I was screwed over, as what I hadn’t noticed she’d cut a chuck out of it too in the middle, so my bangs were an upside V shape on one side, and they couldn’t do anything about it without cutting even more off! Avoid this place like the plague.
