I should have read these reviews before purchasing and wish I had. I bought three dresses, in a size S, after measuring myself using their guide. Their delivery times stated 10-12 days.
Once I had completed the order, it then said that it would be a minimum of 15-18 days which was past when they were required for. I immediately wrote to the company asking for my order to be cancelled as they weren't going to be here in time for my holiday. I was informed the next morning that my order had already been dispatched.
The items were ordered on the 4th September. They arrived on the 20th September and were left on the doorstep (which is next to a main road).
I collected these items yesterday when I arrived back from my holiday and tried to try them on. I say try, because despite measuring and ensuring I was ordering the correct size, I could not get the dress past my knees! Of course, as per the below emails, the 14 days had elapsed, and it was a "sale" item, and therefore not entitled or able to send items back for a refund. Absolute con artist.

Purchased orthopedic trainers. Once purchased, was advised that delivery would be 15-18 days. Quite a long time! I decided to cancel the order. Was told that the delivery was already on its (very slow) way, so couldn't cancel.
Trainers arrived. Labelled size 39, but were too small. The quality of construction was poor and the materials used flimsy. I decided to return them for a refund.
I emailed several times to try and get a returns form. In the end, I was told that because the trainers were on sale, I couldn't get a refund. I wasn't aware that the trainers had been reduced and were in a sale when I purchased them. I am now stuck with a pair of low quality trainers which don't fit and cost £35.

Again one star is too generous! Trousers I ordered are nothing like those advertised. Have had several emails but they are refusing a refund and then have the cheek to say ‘ we would like to thank you for your understanding of this’ - which I definitely don’t.
I really can’t believe that I let myself get sucked in by this scam company.

Wish l had checked here before l ordered. Dress looked lovely and advertised as either 100% cotton or 85% cotton 15% polyester. As soon as l opened the parcel l knew neither was true, 65% polyester 35% cotton. Awful. They don’t want to refund although dress not as advertised. Have taken it to paypal in the hope they can resolve.

Ordered some trainers. They arrived in a flimsy, ripped envelope! Despite using the online measuring tool, the shoes are way too small. Contacted customer service and was told I couldn’t have a refund because I didn’t pay full price.

Why oh why did I buy from this company. Why didn’t I go to trust pilot and check out the reviews here. I noticed that one of their so called product shots just also happened to be in a photo review from a so called happy customer. That stinks for starters.
Well - what a mistake that was.
I ordered what looked like a nice pair of trousers. The pictures did not clearly show the fabric in close up detail and most of the product pictures involved a fairly fast moving film with a girl showing how stretchy and comfy they were. But, it had glowing reviews, didn’t look that bad in what pictures here were, but I should have listened to my own doubts and not trusted this company as far as I can throw. I can’t throw at all by the way!
What arrived, was a hideous pair of trousers made of what I can only describe as that cheap fabric that shiny tracksuits are made from. See-through, horribly slippery feel, and just nasty! They had been squashed into a bag, so we’re crumpled and the seams looked bulky and really “jobby.” The trousers were also clearly cut for a person several inches shorter than me and it’s not like I’m a giant. They would have flapped around my ankles if I’d have got as far as trying them on. The elasticated waistband, which had no decent clear photos, but again, stretchy girl smiling and laughing at the excellent comfort these trousers offered - was in reality more like the old school “gym knickers” we were forced to wear for PE. That’s a flash back I did not need after nearly 30 years of a gym knicker free life!

That wasn’t the worst bit. The trousers smelled awful - as if they had been washed in something heavily toxic, or stored in some kind of chemical bath. They reeked.

I cannot believe they were marketed as a “sale” item. They weren’t even worth what I paid for the sale price - £27. You’re seriously telling me that I am to believe that this badly made, cheap tacky fabric, stinky pair of trousers is worth £54!
And then on to the customer service. There is none. I emailed the company asking for the return/refund info, based on the fact that the trousers are basically not fit for purpose… and gross… I got a fairly curt email back, apologising for me not being happy with the product, but according to their refund policy, products on sale could not be returned. They hoped for my understanding. And that was it.
I emailed again, saying they had sold me something that did not look like the product images, that smelled foul and in exchange for my money that had sent me something I think even most second hand shops would refuse, even for their rag bags.

I got an even less wordy email, reiterating their no refund on sale items policy.

False descriptions, bad service and total lack of accountability. They’ve taken my money, and don’t give a flying pair of rubbish trousers. So - if they’re still hoping for my understanding, it will be a long time coming.

JUST DON'T BUY. Their product defies the trades description.Shabby, cheap nylon trousers purporting to be silk, totally hideous.
All their emails will go into your spam file.... says alot.
And no refund. I was conned.

The model in the photos used are from Pink Lily Boutique. If you are looking for the clothes, I would highly recommend shopping directly from them, and their website. Pink Lily is a legitimate company. I do not work for them, just noticed the model, and realized where this company is taking their photos from. Hope this helps anyone to not buy from this store.

Unfortunately like many of the other reviews I have been conned by this company. I would urge others to be aware! Bought what they claimed to be vintage orthopedic trainers, as I took them out the package I could see that they were at least 2 sizes too small from the size they claim to be. I have had several communications back and forth with the company seeking either a refund or replacement, I am being denied both. Totally fed up with my experience and now seeking a chargeback through my credit card. This company thinks that it can operate above the law.

This company are fraudsters, the clothing is cheap, poorly made and do not represent any of their products. Refused to respond to emails, issue refunds or returns. Have escalted to paypal. DO NOT USE.

Not even 1star! Complete plagiarism in play here! Pants are copies and cheap and absolutely disgusting ! Don’t buy this produce. Sent back and thanks to PayPal I got a full refund less return costs!

Absolute scammers. Do not use. Bought orthopaedic shoes in 2 sizes based on an ad that had ‘14 day return policy’ plastered all over it. The shoes were not orthopaedic, we’re badly resprayed, and we’re damaged due to being send squished into in a flimsy plastic envelope. No shoe box. Was refused a return as it was a ‘sale’ item. Pointed out the government regulations stating that sale items can be returned. And also that faulty or substandard products MuST be repaired or refunded and was asked to return them. Which I did.tracked. The company then refused the package. Communications from the company were vague, unhelpful, made no sense, and often ignored. Absolute scammers.

Shockingly poor - do not buy from them!

1. Expect shoes not to be the size advertised
2. Expect the quality to be awful
3. Expect Lively not to allow a refund or exchange even when the shoes aren’t the size advertised!

Don’t buy! Ordered a dress for my daughter, and she needs a bigger size. Was told since my order was a sale item, I can’t exchange. Very misleading because the website says they have a 14 day exchange window.

The site is intentionally misleading. Everywhere on the site claims returns and refunds are possible. But the fine print buried in the return policy states that is not true for sale and clearance items. Meanwhile, everything on the site is on sale and clearance. I ordered shoes that were a size too small because the sizing is completely bizarre and the size chart doesn't even match the available sizes. Then I was told I could not even exchange them because they were on clearance. TOTAL SCAM.

Terrible customer service, terrible product. NOTHING like the advertisements on the web. Requests for refunds are just ignored.

Oh dear. I really wish that I had read these reviews before I purchased anything! I bought one of the ladies summer dresses with the shorts under? Should have been £56 apparently -reduced to £27-I was sucked in ok? When it came, I liked the colour, the fabric was cheesecloth and when I put in on- I couldn’t show my husband! The shorts under the dress gave me more than a camel toe! I am 5”7 and don’t know what height this was made for, so needless to say I attempted emails asking for a refund. Indeed it does say no refund on sale items, but this was beyond substandard and I buy cheap clothes!!

Crooks!!! They take the money & give no refund after sending inferior product. I only wish I had looked at Trustpilot before giving Lively London my order.
