Unfortunately like so many other reviews I have now read, I ordered 3 dresses from them, they took a long time to arrive which missed the holiday I bought them for. The quality of the dresses was appalling. I have emailed them many many times and contacted them via their contact us page asking how to return the dresses for a full refund as stated in their advertising campaign 14 day refund policy- no one has responded. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing as I wouldn’t have bothered.

The trousers are not as advertised. I received the trousers 2 weeks after I ordered the trousers. When I asked for a refund, due to poor fabric and a dirt mark on the trousers, I was told that sale items were not refundable. I think this website is scam, I wish I checked the reviews before ordering.

Customer service is disgusting. I was called impatient after requesting a refund 36 days after ordering and receiving nothing!! Delivery time is supposedly 15-18 days after order, I've waited 36days and only just now is my order in transit after requesting a refund. Convenient. Refund will not be issued as order is in process. Absolute scam!!

Even one star is too much. Terrible product - I ordered the wide silk trousers in a 4XL - what turned up was a nasty cheep product made of nylon tracksuit fabric. In spite of being labelled 4XL they were Xtra Small.

Like nearly all the other reviews about this company I have nothing good to say about them. I received the trousers that are widely advertised and when they arrived they were not as described, not fit for purpose, had a white zip in a coffee coloured product and smelt dreadful. As others have said they refused to refund as the item was on offer. I persisted ....and persisted ....and persisted. Eventually they gave me an address in the USA saying I would have to pay for tracking postal service!! As you can imagine it would have been a double loss for me as the postage would have been more than any refund I may, or may not, have received. I just wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Lesson learned! These people are criminals who need to be held up in a court of law for their practices.

THIS IS A SCAM!!! I wish I'd looked here first. The shoes have not arrived after 15 weeks!! But it looks like that's not a bad thing.

I don't understand why they are allowed to get away with it. ordered the trousers - got what can only be described as a joke pair - absolutely not what is advertised - and of course apparently no returns even tho it states very clearly "we offer 14 days money back guarantee on all products"

Like other reviewers, I purchased a pair of orthopedic shoes because of the promise of correcting bunions and the promise of easy returns. I received 3 emails saying demand was so high that delivery was longer than expected. The shoes finally arrived in a padded envelope from a California, USA shipping address. The shoes were too tight with a small toe box, certainly not wearable for someone suffering from a bunion, which the company claims the shoes correct. I emailed asking for a refund and return shipping label. Customer Service claimed no refunds due to their policy on refunds for promotional sale. When I pressed further for a refund based on the fraudulent claim, I was told I could have a refund if I paid the shipping of the shoes to France, which from my location in the US would cost as much as the shoes. Very unethical company.

They’re liars. I’ve ordered a pair of trousers and I received it after vey long time. The cut is horrible, the material and the colour are totally different. It doesn’t look at all like the ad. They also refused to refund or return. I don’t recommend them at all. Don’t waste your money.

If I could give negative stars I would. The shoes received were very cheaply made and horribly uncomfortable. This I’m company is unethical. They post easy returns then state they do not allow returns on some sale items. The main complaint is the quality of the item, and the fact that the shoes were very small, yet had the correct size on the shoes. Please do not purchase companies like this are unethical and should not be allowed to advertise or be in business. Period.

Placed order, emailed - no response, phoned- phone line dead. Just take your money and know never going to get the goods. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

They claim to be a store, but after completing the transaction, they either don't send anything or provide something different. They are scammers.

This company promotes its easy to purchase, refund or exchange policy all over the website. They say that they offer customer satisfaction guarantee. They do anything but. Somewhere in the very fine print, they say that it might not be possible to get a refund on some sale items. Although when you're buying on a one day special offer, its hard to know if that is classed as a sale item or not. When apparently not all sale items are exempt. Basically, this company lies through its teeth. Do not purchase, do not trust them.

AVOID IT LIKE THE PEST! I ordered "Large Pants" after seeing their ad on Pinterest. The parcel took over 2 weeks to arrive. They sent an XL, but it wouldn't fit still. The model was diferent and the fabric is of low quality. I requested a refund and they refused based solely on the fact that the item was on sale. They are absolute rubbish. Spare yourself from getting upset and wasting your time and money.

Shoes run 2 sizes smaller. When I tried to exchange them I was told no return policy on sale items.

The item I received was totally different to advertised. I contacted them multiple times for a refund and they ignored most emails, when they did reply they ignored the issue and declined a refund. I believe this is a scam company.
