I used to buy all my fragrances with LJ - and I doubt this review will even be published. I was very happy with them and had even convinced the company I work with to purchase all employee Christmas presents with them this year. That has been cancelled. I have been trying for almost six months to get my order. I have had to continually track them down and try to get answers. Part of an order was waiting for months waiting for another fragrance to come in (even tho they said they'd ship it and wait for the other to come in). They didn't ship. I finally ordered another fragrance at the same price just to get this over with. Still nothing. I had to finally write to ask where the order was. They said they would ship it. What comes?? Only the latest fragrance - the rest of the order that had supposedly been packed and waiting to be shipped didn't come. There was no receipt, no packing slip explaining where the rest of the order was. I had to write again (I realize now if I hadn't written these geniuses would have thought all was well). They said they apologized and would send the rest of the order. Waited and waited - finally I wrote again asking when it would be shipped. I get an email "Congratulations! Your order has been shipped". Mind you this is now November - I ordered in early June. I get my order, again, no receipt, no packing slip.Problem solved? Nope! The order is wrong. They sent something I would never order. I was going to let it go to be done with these people. Why should I? It's my money, I don't want what they sent, they didn't explain why they switched. I realize I'll never get this resolved. They have clowns there (I have been on other sites reading their reviews of how badly their service has gone downhill) who are going to ruin this company. This is going on HALF A YEAR - and there are many who have been dealing with their messes for over a year. I am furious having have thrown my money away. There was a time this company would have gotten five stars from me. The only reason they got one star is you have to mark one. There is no recourse for me. The crew they have is going out of their way to screw things up - it's a big joke to them. No one can continually make this many mistakes - they are putting some effort into being total screw ups - at the customers expense. I want all my money back from this order - but I know that won't happen. Very disappointed in the company and their service. (I can't prove it was this company - but shortly after I placed this order my card was frauded for almost 200 dollars. I only use this card for online purchases and hadn't used it in over three months before this purchase).

I have always been pleased with my orders, and plan on ordering again soon. I don't think that anyone has lower prices on fragrances.

Got exactly what I wanted sooner then expected!

Purchased Royal Copenhagen 3.3oz spray at a steep discount, I also picked up a Claiborne Spark mini which is a hard to find fragrance ,but I felt it was a little over priced.

I ordered Molinard Habanita EDT - but I got the EDP - a was very annoyed since it was the EDT pictured on the site. But after the 1st spray of the EDT, I fell in LOVE. Thanks, LJShopping!

Terrible experience. I have purchase the perfume as a birthday gift, I received not my order, I called and customer service guy told me he will send me the shipping label so I can return, I got the email from him only in 5 days, also I was promised that my order will be expedited delivery since it was a birthday gift. It did not happened, in a week I still had not received my order, so I called and was told that my package is on its way. It did not happened ether. In a week or so I receive the email that my perfume is out of stock now and I was asked if I want to wait another one-two weeks. I just cancelled.This company is a total scam.

I made a purchase at a great price, received my order early, and it was exactly what I expected, will definitely be making future purchases.

It took a bit of time to come but overall great prices and everything was nicely packaged and it's a great place to shop online

Very pleased with the quality of Flowerbomb and speed of service. I ordered the Eau de Parfum (1.7 ounce spray) and tester, and the package arrived within just a few days. Communication was excellent and product arrived in perfect condition. I saved significantly over the department store as well.

One of my items shipped exactly when they said it would and one of my items was backordered. I got an email quickly to tell me of the backorder and was asked if I'd like to wait or be refunded for the item. Great customer service, speedy replies, and 2 day shipping! I saw a perfume in an airport shop while i was on vacation fell in love with the smell! A friend told me about this site. I ordered my perfume for less than half other retailers prices and i got free shipping and my order came within 3 days! I couldn't be happier! I have already planned to do some of my Christmas shopping here and restock all of my husbands favorite colognes!
