I ordered two perfumes, total was over $200.00. When I received my package only one perfume was in there. I contacted them and they said that they didn't have any record of anything else being sent out. I said I wanted them to ship out the Creed perfume right away - I got an email response saying they would by the following Friday. I then responded and said as long as it was by Friday that was fine. Later I got an email saying she wasn't sure when they were going to be able to send it out. Rude customer service - there are a lot of places to buy perfume online. And to be spending over $150 on a perfume and get charged for it, and then never receive it - very disappointing. I asked for a refund and still have not received it - I also asked to have them send a copy of the receipt showing a credit to my card and still have not received that ...

My title says it all! I was a little wary that the cologne that I ordered would end up being a fake considering how inexpensive it was, but it is the real thing. I'll definitely be purchasing from LJShopping again.

I ordered a bottle of cologne as a gift. The arrival time was on spot how ever when I opened the package the first thing I noticed was a different color box, as I'm inspecting it I realize I was sold a tester bottle. There was no wrapping or anything. I know it didn't say on the website that what they were selling me was a tester, but I went back and checked just to be sure and it wasn't on there. I was so disappointed, I will not order anything from this site again. As many times as I have ordered the same cologne and others as well I have never been sent a tester bottle.

I ordered 2 perfumes, one of which arrived semi-promptly, but with no explanation of where the other one was. I sent an email explaining only one of the two scents I ordered was in the package. Got a reply that the other was out of stock and i would receive a refund, which 3 weeks later i have yet to see. From other reviews ive read this is standard practice for this company. So if what you order is in stock they're ok, but if not, beware and you have no way of knowing.
