Bought many times online and in store. I always get an excellent service, my products are wrapped with care and beautifully. Products are great and excellent quality. I use Loccitane regularly, one of my favourite skin care brands.

The products are absolutely beautiful, the fragrance they have, the soft milkiness of the lotions leave your skin feeling smooth and supple. The customer service is also excellent. I had a small issue with a delivery and Mishellina dealt with it the same day to my upmost satisfaction. Wonderful.

We made a purchase in a shop a long way from home, only to discover that there was a problem. Both Lara the store manager who we called first, and Bethany at customer service dealt promptly and fairly with the issue.
Problems are inevitable, but how a company deals with them either cements or damages a consumer's trust. We are very happy to recommend l"Occitane, and plan to continue to use trhem in the future.

I had a small problem , the shower gel bottle I ordered arrived cracked and had leaked . I emailed customer care with photos of the damaged product. Dona was more than helpful, I've now been posted a replacement and a gift of a fragrance as an apology for the inconvenience. Excellent customer service, I would definitely recommend l'occitane and I'll also purchase again .

Sumah... staff member in Cardiff... I hope your company recognise you. July I visited the Cardiff store and was served by Sumah who gave me a hand massage and information on all products. Today I returned and took my mother for such a wonderful experience. Sumah, any company would be lucky to have you if customer service and care is a value. Your kind nature and knowledge is exceptional. How do you beat this Cardiff store as I must say all staff are attentive and offer excellent service. I will return and would like to express my Thanks. Excellent customer service
Really prompt, friendly and professional service. My order was damaged in transit. Less than 24 hours after I informed L’Occitane and sent photos showing the damage, a replacement was sent out despite it being the fault of the courier and not L’Occitane. Fabulous

Caroline served me. She was lovely, greeted me right away, asked if I needed any assistance and informed about a members offer currently in store. I bought a men's shower gel and deodorant and also got some lovely samples to try. They are always nice and friendly in this store!

Excellent customer service.
I had a small issue, which I raised in a questionnaire. This was immediately picked up by Bethany, who promptly resolved the issue in a polite, friendly and efficient manner. I cannot fault this service.
