Richard was prompt, polite and professional. Triple p! Was with me in 20 minutes and the lock was replaced quickly. Would definitely recommend.

We called their Peterborough depot out last Tuesday 6/04 to a sticking lock to a upvc sliding patio door, an operative turned up 2hours later a perfectly nice polish lad, it soon became obvious he didn’t have a clue what he was doing, he rang a colleague about 3 times, plus sent a video! He tried the existing lock and said it needed a new lock ...fine . He duly fitted a new lock it didn’t work either and wanted to charge £190 for a barrel lock that could be bought for less than £10 ! Since he couldn’t get the lock to work he wanted to remove the whole door, I told him no way, he then advised removing the the whole mechanism, again I told him no way! He then broke off the double locking lever, at this point over two hours later ! I told him to fit the existing lock back in and leave ...he charged us £124 ..ripoff ! Next day I called professional company out and the guy adjusted the door in 5minutes no new lock needed ! Works perfectly fine now new door handles fitted . My advise do not use this company total ripoff and incompetent people!

I needed a replacement lock for my front door and Richard arrived within 45 minutes of my call. He also called me prior to arrival to say he was close by.
Richard was very polite and courteous and did the job quickly and efficiently.
Would definitely recommend.

Gentlemen who came to do the work seems nice and efficient and he did his job very well . I was told ( by Locksub office)that the starting cost was going to be from £59.00 and he charged me £65.00. I thought that this is ok as £59.00 was the starting price .

We were given two options of barrels , one costing £45.00 and the other costing £65.00 .For security reasons we went for the £65.00 barrel.

He did a good job and I was happy. I normally research costs of these things before I buy , however in this instance I didn’t. I didn’t know what we needed to replace . Anyway after he left I did research online to find out the cost and I found the same product ( same brand ) at £8.95 and he charged me £65.00. When I phoned him to question it he explained that is what the company charge

When I phoned the Locksub office to discuss this matter the lady I spoke to was extremely rude !

They are good at sending someone quickly, work was good but before you buy their products, do your research

Called on Good Friday and had George come to my house within 2hrs. He was professional and helpful and opened the door. He then returned a few days later to replace the lock and again kept us updated on timing and was super efficient. If only every tradesperson was as good as the company and George.

Contacted and a very efficient service their locksmith arrived within 45 mins.Resolved the problem very personal who was thorough and a good workman

Front door lock not locking properly. Had a phone call to say someone could attend the same day. Locksmith (Richard Carrington) was so nice and helpful, he explained everything in detail and did a great job.
